Seller contacted me and sent all the information needed. Now not only looks and works great but all features work. Kids love playing music on it.

Parts broken and no remote! Directions total inadequate for installation and had to look up on line. Unfortunately didn’t realize that the remote was missing until after fan was up. So not only did was pay to have installed but have to pay to have taken down. An the piece that is broken has wires hanging down and you can see them totally unacceptable & in attractive, which makes this fan not worth the money. Plus we still haven’t heard from Sellers! Amazon says contact them, so not happy with this at all!!!!! 😡

This fan is better than expected for the price. Blades are retractable so when its not on, it just looks like a stylish light. Three great speeds produce a lot of air movement. The lamp has three different "colors" of light - warm, neutral and cool. Blades on the fan are so light that fan has no wobble issues. The speaker is average at best. It works, but sound quality is average to poor. An average portable bluetooth speaker has better sound quality so we don't really use the speaker.

Had some doubts reading the reviews but like with every purchase all experiences are different. I was happy with the purchase, the fans work great and speaker sounds better than expected. Downfall is both speakers won't work at the same time. Unfortunately one came slightly damaged but since I was hosting a gathering I decided to install anyway.

Which app is needed to have music playing

Bluetooth doesn't work. We love the fan, it's very quiet. The light is larger than I was expecting and we were never able to get the speaker to work which is very disappointing.

i purchase many of these fans I love them so quiet. Last one the light did not work. I contacted seller and they are sending a new one out asap. Good customer service.
