I made pistachio ice cream and used this as flavor, but thank goodness I tasted it before using, if you heat the liquid in the microwave for about 20 seconds .... this takes care of the issue and it is absolutely perfect

Only use for baking/cooking. Anything else you use it for will taste mostly of alcohol and not pistachio flavor. I made to sore mistake of purchasing to try to add to my coffee. Won't do that again.

I purchased this butterscotch extract to make butterscotch mousse. I was delighted to find it as butterscotch extract is difficult to find these days. This extract smells good but the flavor is strongly overwhelmingly of alcohol. I used one scant teaspoon for a recipe that serves a total of four. It is so strong that I cannot eat it much less serve it to my guests. The finished product did smell like butterscotch but the dessert was ruined by the strong alcohol flavor. Disappointing given the price.

Just need to be careful with the amount you use. It’s potent but very good quality.

It smells great but it's not pistachio. There are other options for the same price that use actual pistachio.

Needed this flavor in my kitchen

While this smells nice, it is more like orange cream sickle than pistachio as it is made with orange & vanilla extract. Will flavor orange treats with this instead. Refund was easy to obtain.
