Well, this is just fantastic!I was a little concerned at first that this would be complex to fit; however, it fitted exactly into the space freed by my existing controller (that was a 2-Gang width over a 1-Gang backing box), and I simply had to mirror the same wiring from the old device. I am sure it has saved some money already, as my previous system ran the radiators and didn't have a thermostat involved, whereas the thermostat on this means the heating is staying off over these warmer months.It did take me a little while to figure out the type of system I was running - e.g. Gravity fed vs. Unvented. However, once I figured that out I was flying. Super pleased with the purchase.It has the added benefit that if we are away from home and the dogs bark, we get a notification on the app.

Never intended on purchasing a Hive system, originally bought a Nest but after finding out I couldn't have it with my home setup the Hive was my only option.... well it hasn't disappointed. Had installation done independently but is working brilliantly. Google integration was easy and works well. The response between phone or assistant command and heating activating is really quick.Would recommend this. Only gripe is the Hive 360 and its "ability" to recognize sounds. It isn't particularly accurate on that front.

You don’t need an electrician to set this up if your a competent person, I recommend the echo dot as when this is connected to hive you just tell it to turn the heating on and off and what temperature you would like, I’m not sure why Amazon does not put the hive and the echo as a package deal because both in conjunction is highly recommended.

Had a nightmare trying to get the hub to work when I first got it, turned out the Hub was faulty and needed replacing. Hive customer service was great and sent me a new one even though I had bought from Amazon, having spoken to Amazon they only did refunds and not replacements so Hive agreed to replace for me.Not played around with it too much so not sure how good the Geolocation feature is, I would have to say the Alexa integration could be a lot better.In terms of saving money on my energy bills- no idea however love the fact I can create different schedules, turn heating on and off from anywhere.

I purchased this pack in advance in preparation for my first home. When I come to install the device the Hub 360 is no longer supported and has been discontinued, I cannot connect the hub to my WI-FI as the device is faulty and amazon won't let me return in. After doing some research I'm not alone with problems connecting the Hub (must be why they discontinued it) I've asked for help from hive and so far they've agreed the device is faulty but left it at that. No solution offered or replacement.Don't waste your time other devices seem to have less issues and more support.

Fantastic product. Always wanted to have remote heating control. Work very well with my Worcester Bosch boiler and part pumped gravity system. Easy to set up when replacing British Gas standard controller. Very nice software as even my wife finds it intuitive and she hates major changes. This one revolutionized our household! Hive hub allows connection of lights and other sensors. Useful when internet goes down as it remember the programs stored in internal memory.

Works brilliantly! I love that I can turn my heating on/off even when I am not at home.I got a qualified person to install this for me; although I am aware this can be a DIY installation. I just didn't want to take that chance.I will be adding more products like the TRV - thermostatic radiator valve, lights etc...So watch this space for an update soon

Broken after 1 month. The small part where you plug the power into the hub broke after only 1 month. Now its completely useless. They make things so fragile it's even more fragile than a mobile phone. I just unplugged it to move it and the part fell out. Shame because it was good while it worked :-(
