Once the DHP7 is attached to this stand it remove safe portability. Carrying the DHP7 by the handle is no longer safe due to the unlocked open left side of the Driptek stand which will allow the DHP7 to pop out of that side creating some dangerous conditions.One such dangerous condition is while in motion the stand will drop and swing hanging off the single side of the DHP7.Another dangerous condition is when being set back down one has to be careful to make sure the DHP7 and the stand align well. If the DHP7 is set down incorrectly it can miss the little U slot and slide down the side of the stand. If this happens it will become jammed in the stand and it is possible injure oneself trying to pry the DHP7 up and dislodge it.This entire issue could be resolve with the drilling of 2 additional holes, providing 2 additional (D) Plate Washer, 2 additional (E) Plate Screws, and 1 additional (C) Fixation Plate. These are all tiny securing parts that would prevent all of the issues with the Driptek stand. Total cost at most $1.00 to avoid the risk of damaging or hurting someone.

Easy to assemble, fits nicely. Wish there were 45° and 90° sipping points not just 90°, other than that I'm very pleased.
