High quality aluminum pole! Adjusted with ease, and quickly when wanting to snap a quick selfie on the GoPro. It was the perform size for my GoPro Hero4 Session, and is just compact enough to fit length-wise in my large hard case. It IS technically waterproof, however does not float. And you need to take it apart to dry it otherwise the water will not dry up on its own especially if stored in retracted position. Very solid grip and felt very confident that I wasn't going to drop it, especially while traveling along at 50-60mph on a zip line!My only critique could be it could use a option to detach the wrist strap, and possible add a tripod screw in slot at the bottom instead.

This wasn't a bad pov pole but I had issues with extending the lower section. The upper section worked great. It came apart at one point and was difficult to put back in. Perhaps this is why the bottom section would no longer extend for me. I used it while diving in the Florida Keys.I ended up returning the item due to the fact that the lower section would not extend.

Really good quality and well put together stick. As some of the comments mentioned it is on the heavier side compared to other sticks. Also adjusting the height of it is a bit time consuming because you have to twist each nob to secure.

So far so good. I've only taken this out once but it seems very sturdy and like it can take a beating. I don't like how the top section doesn't have a stopper like the bottom section (closer to the handle). Maybe it's not supposed to be that way? When I pull it all the way, it comes completely off. I can imagine if you're adjusting this and want to extend all the way, then you need to be careful of how far you can pull it. It's also a bit on the heavier side, but I've only owned one other pole and that one broke after a few times out.

I really like this for the GoPro. I also have another from a major brand but this feels more sturdy and is perfect length for the GoPro. Used in water and no issue (salt water pool).

I have used this monopole for two dives in Cozumel. I am very happy with the way that it performed in the water.

Good size pole for most shots. Is compact and will fit in most bags which is good for traveling with. It feels well built and not cheap.
