I’ve been using Manuka honey exclusively for about two years. I switched to this brand because it comes in a glass jar.

I just open, my bag.. the boxes is not sealed anymore, looks old items and dirty. Boxes open on top and on the bottom. Bad quality.. is like cheap manuka honey.. its not profesional shipping. Its open to on the bottle glass.. i throw away.

Some people have reported receiving this product with a broken label, spilled, or half full but my jar of honey was received sealed and in perfect condition and full to the rim.I normally buy Acacia honey to take a spoonful before bed to coat my throat a bit to help reduce snoring, as well as adding it to my tea for a little sweetness or to spread on a piece of toast. My girlfriend wanted to try a jar of the Manuka variety because of its touted health benefits over other varieties. One big advantage of this brand is that the honey comes in a glass jar, not a plastic jar like the majority of the other brands.My initial impressions are that the Manuka has a carmel cloudy color versus the Acacia honey which has a clear light yellow color. The Manuka also has a grainy thicker consistency versus the Acacia. The Manuka has a sweetness but also has an almost mediciney taste. I'll stick to using my Acacia honey, but may take a tablespoon of the Manuka from time to time.

I really love this honey. The flavor is so wonderful I use it on my skin when I get a burn. Helps it to heal fast. I was attached by a PitBull while protecting my chihuahua And had to have a skin graft. I used this to help the graft heal. Also use it as an antibiotic for my throat when I feel a sore throat coming on. I will always keep this in my home. It is packaged well and arrived quickly

the taste

It is a really good honey. Nice flavor, nice consistency (you could spread it on your bagel or on your biscuit). And it's supposed to be good for your health. Little bit expensive, but it is worth it.

This honey tastes delicious, but the texture is thick and grainy similar to older honey that has started to crystalize. It costs a lot. A whole lot. I can buy local organic honey from the farmers market for a third to half the cost. That is probably what I will do. I just don't see how this honey is worth so much more money. This does come in very attractive packaging (though it says it is from 2019...maybe that explains the texture?) so it would make a nice gift, but I just can't justify the expense of it for what the product is.
