The Myth of Hitler's Pope: Pope Pius XII and His Secret War Against Nazi Germany

In response to the other reviewer that this is propaganda from the Catholic church.... I can tell you that my American mother was THERE. And it is true! Let's not forget that the Nazis killed 5 million "others". And most of those "others" were Catholics. There would have been no logical reason for the Pope to support the Nazis. It is interesting that the amount of hate that the Holocaust continues to provoke, especially in those who try to link their hatred of religion to an innocent person or topic.

This book is a very well written and researched book that basically should put an end to what some far left people and media have been trying to perpetrate about Pope Pius XII. Rabbi Dalin records facts. Facts that were known in the 1940s and 50s, but that were deliberately pushed aside by leftist zealots in order to cause division and foment hatred. I find the poor reviews here highly foolish. Some people are so smitten with the propaganda that Dalin shoots down that they refuse to relinquish the myth. What Dalin also does in his book is to uncover some hateful history that is not widely known. The flack that this honorable author must have had to take from some corners is regretable, but he has done a great service to all lovers of the truth and history.

This book is honest and enlightening and everyone should read it.
