After completing my first bottle, I noticed that my nails were much stronger and my hair grew faster. I do gel nails at home regularly and this is was great for preventing nail weakening.

I have tried many different type of biotin supplements out, weather it be from a vitamin health shop or amazon but when I started taking Crius Nutrition biotin pills I was surprised to see how fast it started to work. Most of the other supplements took more than a month to see results but with this product it took a week. I was not let down and will be buying again.

Only been taking it for a short while. Was afraid of breaking out like I read in most Biotin products. This doesn't seem to have that effect on me. Hair seems to be growing faster than normal.

Seems to be helping as i was taking Biotin, but at a lower dose and different amount.
