Not too small. Not too large. It's Just the right size. Much better than I hoped for
The "Charge Box" that came with my Kia Niro EV is absolutely worthless. After an hour or so of driving it takes almost a full 24 hour day to charge the car's battery back up. It is of no value, especially when you are on the road and want to charge your car at a relative's house.I bought a 32 AMP, 220 volt charge box and it charges the car back up in an hour or two after my tupical day of driving but it pulls more power than the solar panels on my house can provide - even on mist sunny of days. What I needed was something in between and the BESENERGY charge cable fit the bill very well. Considering the price, my expectations were low but the quality was high. I can plug it into a regular 20 amp 110 volt household outlet or a 20 amp 220 volt outlet that many window air conditioners use. I had both installed in my garage. Here is the output options I now have available:Worthless Kia charge box, 110 volts [12 amp] 1.4 Kw (You can adjust it to less, but why bother?)BESENERGY EV Charger at 110 volts [10 amp] 1.1 kW/hour (pointless)BESENERGY EV Charger at 110 volts [16 amp] 1.8 kW/hourBESENERGY EV Charger at 220 volts [10 amp] 2.2 kW/hourBESENERGY EV Charger at 220 volts [16 amp] 3.6 kW/hourJekayla EV Charger, 220 volts [32 amp] 7.2 kW/hour (can do 40 amps - 9.6 kW/hour , but car only accepts 32 amps)There are some things that would make the BESENERGY better:1> The manual is pretty poor and the pictures don't match the actual device it took a lot of poking at it to find the button to push to swtch between 10 and 16 amps. It turns out the button is what I thought was a logo and it has no tactile feel or sound when you finally find and press it. (see the picture.) a real button would have been better - maybe combined with the led that indicates 10 vs. 16 amps.2> 10 amps at 110 volts is pretty worthless 12 or 14 amps would be better so that you could safely plug it into a standard 110 volt 15 amp circuit if that is all that is available.3> It would be nice to have a 110 volt vs. 220 volt indicator so you could tell what it is plugged in to without being able to see the actual plug.4> An on/off switch would be nice, but I've never seen on any charge cable. The Kia and probably all EV cars lock the J1772 connector to the car when charging and if the door is locked and you don't have your remote app there is no easy way to sttop the charging or remove the charge cable without yanking out the charger from the wall outlet.5> Besides the 110 volt household plug adapter, an adapter to plug it into the 110 volt outlets you find at RV parks would be a nice option even if it were available at an extra, but reasonable price.

After 6 Months, Still Extremely Satisfied
I bought this charger back in June and it's worked flawlessly almost everyday since then. It's always outside in the elements and it's proven itself to be completely waterproof, sun proof (no apparent degradation from the harsh Coloardo sun!), and snow/ice proof! I haven't ever been able to try the 16A setting, so I can't speak to that, but the 10A mode works perfectly for my 2012 Chevy Volt.I remember when I first opened the box, it had that feeling of quality in the plastic casing, the cords, and the plug itself. This honestly surprised me given the price point, I thought it was going to be a much cheaper build. One handy little feature I didn't think about when I bought it was the J1772 rubber cap. It works really well for me because I usually leave the charger outside when I drive somewhere and the cap makes sure it stays free of moisture and debris. So all in all, no complaints, I highly recommend this if you're looking for a durable level 1 charger!

Seems good for the money
I've only had it in use for a week or so, but it seems to be working fine. It's been rained on a little bit and is still working. Since I am sheltering in place right now it is not getting a real workout charging my Leaf. Was packaged well and easy to set up.Time will tell...

After 1 year use, no problem.
So far so good after 1 year, used it at home garage only. Plug into the dryer outlet with level 1 takes over night to full charge, expected. Use the button to change to level 2 is much faster 2.5-3 hrs "but" the charging cord itself gets a little hot by touch but not to the alarming hot.

Fits my needs
I have an older EV that came with a third-party charger that frequently tripped the circuit breaker when it was plugged in because it tried to draw 14A on a 10A circuit. I went looking for one that could switch to under 10A (trickle) because that's all I need on a daily basis. So far this one works well, though I haven't tried the higher current mode. Naturally, it ramps down as battery gets closer to 100%. Honestly, every EV owner should have one of these because you never know when you'll be at a place where the only outlet is similarly crippled - usually someone's house.

Product plug is not that is in the image. I cannot rate how well this works as I was not able to even take it out of the box after seeing the wall plug.

Works very well for the money
The nozzle is kind of tight for the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid, just FYI. It does take some effort to plug in but works great at 240v and 16amp. Takes 4 hours from 0 to 100%.
