Poorly packaged
The journal was slightly damaged with what seems to be pressure from the package being handled. The journal was inside a shipment bag but not covered with anything else. Cute journal, not very sturdy considering the poor packaging.

The media could not be loaded. I’m extremely disappointed as this was supposed to be a gift for someone. It came damaged.
