Men's 669 V2 Walking Shoe

I have a high arch, high instep, and a wide foot. Also, I broke several bones in one foot, so I need cushioning. For years, I've worn prescription orthotic insoles. Also, most walking and running shoes in my size don't come in 1/2 sizes. This shoe fits perfectly, out of the box without custom insoles. They've solved a problem that I've had to work around for nearly twenty years, so they're perfect for me. The only element that's unknown is durability, but at the price, it's hard to imagine that I'll have an issue with that.I'm certainly a very small percentage of New Balance's target market, but the combination of half-sizing, full range of widths, and comfort make a great product for nearly anyone.

Very weird fit ... This is the third pair I am trying. I doubt I will buy shoes from Amazon again. Left side seems okay but right side is too big.Also it feels like it has good heel support and no support for toes. I feel like I am walking on my toes ... You get what you pay for I guess :[I returned the shoes on Jan 13th . It is Jan 31st and I am still waiting for my refund btw... People buy from Amazon for convenience. It started being inconvenient ... It is about time to switch to competition. Walmart doesn't ask questions or delay your refund this much when you return an item.Shoes deserve 2 stars ... Amazon customer service deserves 0 star ...

I have had several pairs of shoes from New Balance but I always come back to this old model of a walking shoe. I am a network engineer and I don't do any literal running. But I do a lot of long standing, and a LOT of crouching. That is tough on shoes and I tend to blow-out the arch support of my shoes. These shoes hold up at least twice if not four times as long as other shoes I have worn. They are just built better.As far as the fit goes - I am a size 14 in some shoes because I have very long toes and a wide arch. The size 13 in these shoes *just fits*. It's a little tight at first and after a week or so they fit like a glove. I have bought wide shoes from New Balance in 13 but they are too wide and don't form my arch correctly. If you get a pair and they seem a little tight on you, give it a week and see if they take hold.

I have worn New Balance over the years and generally pleased. The recent purchase of the New Balance Men's 669 V2 Walking Shoe is disappointing to say the least. They have zero arch support and no perceivable sole cushioning. I would compare them to placing your feet on a plywood board with a hose clamp and walking all day. I cannot even sit at my desk with them on and feel comfortable.I very seldom de-rate a product but this product deserves a "0".

I wear a size 10 wide they are not only run a half size to small but they also are to narrow my Toes touch the front and they are way too narrow to be a wide returning

Price was right, delivery was quick, have worn the shoes a few times and like their support and appearance.

All I wear is size 10 4E (XW) New Balance sneakers/shoes. This is the first pair I've ever tried that is uncomfortably small in both length and width. It is MUCH smaller than it should be. Be warned, if you get this, make sure to get a size larger than you usually do to insure it actually fits comfortably.

I like the heavy duty construction of this shoe. It is stable and the tread is firm and holds my foot well. It is good for heavier applications like long hikes and gardening. With the heavier sole, my balance is steady and I cannot feel the rocks through them. Although I prefer a lighter shoe for exercising or running but you give up a lot with the lighter thinner soles. The cheaper ones do not have the sturdy sole that this one has. This is a nice looking shoe. Overall it is an excellent shoe at an excellent price. On the negative side, it holds the heat and moisture from my foot when I sweat but the trade offs are worth it to me.

One of the seams on the top of the shoe is detaching. The lining of the shoe at the rear of the foot has degraded already. They have only done around 400 miles! Very disappointed, especially as they were quite expensive!

A bit tight

Poorly constructed shoe. Bought them for comfort shoes at work. Got them in, wore them around the house for a day to break them in, seemed fine. First day wearing around outside backs split on both, less than 5km walking according to my fitbit.Shoes were properly laced up and undone to remove. I would recommend finding another.

One thing I have learned well over the years with online shopping is that when it comes to footwear I can always find my size now. Rarely do any of the brick & mortar stores carry my size, and when they do it's often just running shoes/sneakers, rarely (if ever) are they casual or dress shoes. Granted these shoes are hiking/running shoes...but wow, are they ever comfortable and roomy.

La apariencia de los tenis se ve mejor en foto que en la realidad. La marca es buena, y la calidad también, son muy confortables es decir tienen todo bueno. Solo que cuando los tuve en mis manos, no me gusto la apariencia (pero esto es personal).A pesar de la calidad de los tenis, no volvería a comprar tenis sin tenerlos en mis manos y haberlos sentido en mis pies.
