This is a quick, short starting point for persons wanting to try without all the reading. Just to dip your toe in a little.

Quick look at Meridian Tapping, the book is a good place to start I would say to find out about this subject .Exercises, do them, as I did FEEL a "shift" in Energy !

My first experience with chakras & tapping.....was an interesting read...tried the exercises as they were written ....v interesting as I did feel more relaxed afterwards & will deft give it another try :) worth the read x

Worth its weight in gold! I highly recommend this book. The first time I performed the chakra balancing sequence, the affect was remarkable. I have continued to practise the exercise every day since and feel great.
