Worked perfectly!
I recently moved from NY to CA and was allotted an amount for relocation expenses. I had gotten a great deal on my TV in NY a few years ago, but everyone told me to just purchase a new one because the expense and hassle and danger of shipping it across the country would not be worth it, even if the shipping was being reimbursed. I researched tons of different ways to send the TV over anyway (because I'm cheap and stubborn). I looked at taking it on a plane, got ridiculous quotes from private shipping companies and sending it on Greyhound. What I ended up doing (thanks to this magic box) was simply sending it by FedEx (I really hate UPS) for about $32 (and this was the very cheapest option, so it took 5 days to get to CA). I took the base off and carried that and the cords and remote on the plane with me. This box was very easy to put together (just mind your fingers because you will get a crazy paper cut). I watched the YouTube videos about putting it together and it was pretty clear on how to do it. It definitely helps to have someone do it with you as it's a little unwieldy. My TV is 40", the smallest this box accommodates, and it was a perfect fit thanks to the adjustable foam pieces. I will definitely admit to having a bit of stress the next few days after I sent it out, especially when I saw that FedEx hadn't exactly respected the "This Way Up" indications on the box when it was received. However, when I opened it up and set it up the TV was perfect! Not a scratch on it! It works perfectly as well. This box is definitely worth the money and I will be keeping it around for future moves. Very highly recommended!

Very sturdy, easy to assemble
Very, very, sturdy box. A great buy. It enabled me to return a 40" TV for warranty repair after I had thrown away the original box.I've read some of the negative reviews on here and they are not really justified. One purchaser complains the cardboard flaps stick up and got in the way of packing - well they do if you don't fold them down, they are scored but not pre folded - you just fold them over each way until they will stay in place on their own.Another purchaser complained it was too big for his 42" TV. The listing says 40" to 46", so of course its going to be bigger than a 42" TV, just add bubble wrap at the sides. I just packed my 40" TV perfectly with this kit. All the foam is held in place with cardboard strips, so it does't matter if there is extra space, just pack with bubble wrap on one side and on the top and it all stays in perfect shape. There are no instructions, at least not in my kit, so I had to refer to the Amazon product photo for an idea of how this goes together. Here is how I packed mine, on my own, with no struggling at all:Slide 3 or 4 of the foam blocks on to each cardboard strip (the foam blocks have a thin slit that accommodates each strip)Pop out enough of the pre-cut foam blocks to snuggly grip the edges of the TV.Place a cardboard strip with the blocks attached in to the bottom of the box.Gently lower your TV in to the box so it sits in the foam blocks.Slide a strip (with foam blocks attached) down each side of the TV.Place a strip (with foam blocks attached on top of the TV.Push the packed TV to one side of the box if there is space left.Fill the space with bubble wrap, newspaper, or any other packing material. The front and back of the TV will never have space left as the foam fits the box completely. You may, depending on the size of your TV, have space at one side and on the top.

Heavy duty box but a little difficult to pack
The box has very thick cardboard that provides excellent protection to the monitor. I used the box to pack my 32 inch LED monitor. I reviewed the instructions but they were vague and almost too small to read. The foam cubes were easy enough to prepare but they would not stay where I placed them. The cardboard strip that connects the foam cubes was too wide to fit in the opening of each foam cube. I had to cut the cardboard strip to a thinner width to get it into the foam cube openings. Even with the cardboard connecting the foam cubes they would fall off the monitor as I tried to put the whole thing into the box. I taped the foam to the monitor but that didn't really work either. I finally put the bottom row of foam cubes into the box first and then put the monitor in. I then put the side foam rows in but that required a bit of jostling of the monitor. Lastly I put the top row of foam cubes and then sealed the box.The monitor is very secure and I am not worried about damage during transit. This box will protect the monitor against most bumps. I'll likely buy two more of these for my other monitors. Now that I know the process of how to load the box it should be less frustrating.

Perfect, but no instructions
Worked like a charm. I moved from AZ to OH and my 55 inch smart TV was the only thing I worried about breaking. I wouldn't even let my mom touch it. I put the TV in the box myself - horrible mistake. IT TAKES TWO. Don't be dumb and try to do it alone. It comes with everything you need and the the tv fits perfectly. I must admit that I did put extra tape on the outside to connect the inside and outside box, but that's because I'm paranoid. I really don't think it's needed. As mentioned, there is an inside and outside box. You basically but the foam things around the TV and slide it in the inside box. Note that the whole tv will not go in. The outside box goes on the opposite side covering the rest of the tv. You just slide the inside box into the outside box and you're done. It has handles that you can stick your hands in on the sides to carry. The one issue is that it doesn't come with instructions. I kept reading that the instructions were on the box - NO THEY WERE NOT. I figured it out by doing a Google search and looking at the images. You really just need to know where the foam pieces go.-Mek
