The product itself is great: the bags are durable and hold up well for our use (frozen food products). We've been using these bags for our business' production for years and have had no complaints.The issue we occasionally run into is on the fulfillment end. Our last order was placed on January 31, with an estimated delivery date of March 1. While I understand that items can be back ordered if there's a stock shortage, or waiting on manufacturing, but the site says, in real big letters, "ONLY 5 LEFT IN STOCK." Are they buried that deep that it takes a month to locate them in the warehouse?On top of this occasional delay, there's the one time where the order didn't pull the trigger on the fulfillment end, and we had to write Amazon "Where's My Stuff?" to get the order moving. We were told it was a computer glitch and given a pretty small discount, certainly not enough to cover the cost of our production slow down.
