Well made, very well priced, and versatile.
This is a well made bag with some thought put into it. It's a great bag, especially for the price. I received no poor cuts of leather. Everything is thick enough to be tough and flexible enough to be comfortable. I wish the small pockets weren't buckle closed but the main flap also has a quick release under the buckle. Well done. Also, I was concerned that the back zipper would compromise the strength of the bag, assuming it went all the way through. It does not. The back zipper only goes to a document pocket on the back which is reinforced by another piece of material behind the leather. Its stitching, design, and construction lend it nicely to nice clothes and earthy clothes. It's simply a well made, low key bag. Mine came with a hand signed letter and contact info which is light years beyond many other products. Well done, Komal.

Every Bag Isn't Equal. Has Flaws.
Just got the bag a couple hours ago. Was happy the bag was more sturdy than I anticipated. The outside is stiff leather, the inside is green denim ... until I put my stuff inside and noticed the flaws. The fold-over flap was stitched on crooked which resulted in the whole bag shifting and the buckle is visibly crooked. Looks silly. And I'm a bit disappointed. Also, this is advertised as 16" but I think its smaller than that. My 15.6" laptop just barely fits. See pic.Unrelated sidenote, I bought this for myself and I'm female, about 5'6"; thought I could use it as a shoulder satchel. But the bag is very bulky and very manly imo. So if you're a female and were thinking of getting it for the same reason, you might be disappointed.

Beautifully made, roomy
I've had the bag for about six weeks now. Slight leather smell, but not unpleasant at all. The stitching, buckles, zippers, etc. are all high quality and sturdy. My 16" laptop fits comfortably inside with room for a few books/notebooks and all of the stuff that normally travels in my purse. My Moto E phone fits perfectly in the front pocket. The bag does feel very heavy when full--the weight is not distributed for long, comfortable use with a full load. However, the little shoulder cushion does slide over the buckle with very little trouble. The buckles on the front are a little fiddly when you're in a hurry, but it's not too big of a hassle. They are certainly secure. I'm a woman of average height, and the bag doesn't look absurdly large against my hip, something that was important to me as I searched for a bag that could accommodate my laptop. My 6' 2" husband could adjust the strap and not look odd carrying it either. I get complimented every time I go anywhere with this bag. It's truly a beautiful piece of craftsmanship.

Fine for its price, but don't expect great quality
There are many brands online selling goat leather bags made in India. Their designs and quality are largely the same. This is one of them. You get what you pay for. It is an affordable, fairly attractive looking bag.It is not very well designed. Goat leather, while having a nice colour and texture, is very thin and soft, which is what your bag will become in two to three weeks. This means structurally, the bag will collapse and wrinkle. Unless you like it looking very shabby, you will need to put cardboard into the base and sides (conveniently, there are zipper compartments inside the bag which you can use for this). The leather used was not of a consistent colour, so some parts of the bag were much lighter than others. Even for full grain leather, the best leather craftsmen will match the colour of the leather pieces they use.The straps are somewhat problematic. When worn, they squeeze the top of the bag together, causing wrinkles which on the long term damage the bag. The strap buckle is also located right in the middle where your shoulder is-- ouch! There are also not enough holes, so short people will find the bag below hip level. In terms of durability, the stitching does not inspire a great deal of confidence. I've had this bag for only more than a month, but already some threads are fraying at the ends. The brass hardware was covered in a sticky coating when first received. One part was slightly mishapen but no big deal. What is a bigger deal is that the brass, particularly at the buckles, discolours the leather-- you will find thick black stripes along the straps where the buckle rests on the leather. The bag came very dry and required two coats of leather milk.Other reviews mention the smell, but I found it not unpleasant.I would recommend this for students and young working adults. More senior professionals should invest in a more expensive, higher quality cow leather bag.

Vintage Style Valice
Beautiful buffalo valice that holds my 15.5 inch laptop, portfolio, papers, and a couple of books. Durability and sturdiness are excellent. The craftsmanship has a few irregularities in the stitching, but when you're dealing with manmade products that's to be expected; if you're looking for perfection buy an assembly line product. The valice has no smell and came well packaged. A word of advice; after unpacking the item let it sit for a few days so the leather can find it's natural dimensions. I've read some reviews from purchasers about their bags being misaligned. I thought I had a similar problem, but after 3 days of letting the bag breathe everything was perfect. I contacted Komal, he responded promptly and explained the reasons and the solution. He is an honorable man who stands behind his products and who is concerned for his customers.

Wow! I’m impressed.
With tax and all the bag was just a little more than I wanted to pay but it’s very clear that this is a bag I’ll have forever. It’s unprocessed leather and no chemicals are used, the hardware is actually really nice and the interior is really lovely with good pockets and zippers. I’m really happy with it! I know that in time it will darken and won’t be as stiff. Very exciting!
