This product is very pretty, but it appears to be refurbished. There are several scratches on the plate. It makes me wonder if it will scratch easily. I would like to give it five stars because it is very attractive, but I did not pay that amount to receive a refurbished\imperfect product. There was no way to communicate with the settler, so maybe they can respond to me here. I would like a partial refund or a new plate for the faucet. I cannot speak for the installation, because I did not do it.

We installed this faucet in this year, but the spout part is separated from the installed one.

Great quality

It does look good. The finish is really nice. But it cannot be adjusted on the depth. A bit challenging when it comes to installing it, because you really have to know the thickness of the tiles you will use. Overhaul good for the price.
