Great chair at a good price!
Chair was ordered and delivered within a timely manner. Delivery consisted of three boxes, two were easy for one person to move but the third weighed 200 pounds. Make sure you doorway is wide enough to get the big box through!Assembly was not difficult but I assembled it by myself but another pair of hands would have been helpful.Very happy with the chair and the number of rollers, air bags and massages points. I found that there were a couple of places where the pressure or rollers were a bit intense but after putting a small blanket on the chair and small towel were my feet rest made it much more comfortable.Only issue I had were the two small screws which were supposed to go on the arm rest about shoulder level. I could not find the screw holes but the chair works very well without the screw.Chair was 50% off so I believe it was a good buy. Looks good and works great.

Works very well no matter what your size
The chair arrived in the time specified. It was a birthday gift for my husband. We opened up all the boxes and put it together . . . together (more on that later)! We love the chair. It moves, squeezes, massages, and manipulates every major part of your body, as described by the seller. I'm about 150 at 5'2" and my husband 5'10" at 230 and we both love it. It has several levels to enjoy whether you like light or deep massaging. The major difference between male and female massaging is based on how wide yur shoulders are. If you have wide shoulders, the chair will squeeze them nicely, but for more narrow shoulders like mine, I don't really feel anything there. The only difficulty we had was in assembling the chair. It's definitely not a one-person job! The arms gave us a real run for our money. We watched a YouTube video and even then found it to be a bit difficult. The included assembly instructions that come with the chair are not good! I strongly suggest going online, to YouTube.

Wow, my wife loves this chair!
I can't say how much my wife loved getting this as a Christmas present. She uses it daily and is the envy of a number of her friends. The chair is very relaxing (I'm a bigger guy and can still use most functions) and I've had to wake her up from it several times.Assembly was fairly easy once I figured out how to insert the top screw for the side panel. I Just recommend that you make sure to get the chair in close proximity to where you are going to have it as it is really heavy.

BUYER BEWARE! Worst purchase I ever made.
I REALLY wanted to like this chair. It sounded great and I imagined it would be hell on wheels if I needed to return in. Now it looks like we will have to do that. My spouse and I are in our 70s and had to hire some skilled persons to assemble this 200+ pound chair. NOTE: The instruction manual says lifting the chair from the box must be done "by at least 3 people." That appears not to be true, but it was quite intimidating since neither I nor my spouse would be able to help unpack. But my real distress is my inability to adjust the intensity of the massage so that it is not painful to me and others who have tried it for about 20% of the massage time. Either our chair is defective or the instructions are inaccurate. Several technically oriented people have tried to adjust the intensity without success. I have tried to contact both Amazon and the manufacturer and distributor to get help but they are unresponsive. The instructions are not accurate. Just playing with the menus on the remote did not help. Several others who are more tech-savvy than I could not adjust the intensity. Repacking the chaiar so it is not damaged in transit may be impossible without additional expenditures. Yuk!! I am really bummed by the whole experience. I can't afford to lose over $2000 on this item. I just wish they would call me and see if we can get it working right.

Great chair at great price
This is for an Osaki Monarch. The chair arrived about a week late. the shipping Company in Miami did nothing for about a week after it arrived there. The chair was dropped off in our driveway as expected. My wife and I unboxed it and using a small cart easily moved it inside. This chair comes in 4 boxes. Attaching the sides takes 3 screws each. Aligning the screw was a bit tricky it took me about 1 hour to get the first side on. the second in about half the time. The foot rest attached easily. The video is quite good, and was helpful. In it it show putting the left side on one way and the right side a different way. Installing the upper screw first made it much easier to do. The chair is mostly easy to use. I still have an issue that I will contact the vendor on. In the preprogrammed massages, the 3D portion is set at level3 of 4. Much to hard. I have tried all the buttons and cannot figure out how to change it. The other 3 settings are all on 1 or 2 which is good, but the 3D is to forceful. The chair looks nice and fits very close to the wall. less than 1/2 inch it says. we gave it an inch. We put a small rug under it looks good too. The chair was very well packaged. I was actually impressed with the packing. Total time from sitting in the driveway to first massage was about 3 hours. So far really the only negative is lack of contact information. I am interested in getting the extended warranty. There is not a single phone number, email address, or even a description of the warranty or extended warranty. There is no information on how to contact the manufacturer or service people. Even on the Amazon pages there is no information other than in the question section on how to contact the seller or the Osaki Warehouse. In the questions there is a phone number for the Osaki Company. I have not tried it yet. It should be much easier to find information about the company, the warranty, service, extended warranty. In fact I expected a big page trying to sell me an extended warranty. I know I would if I were the company. The chair is definitely more capable thn the Osaki OS-4000 my mother has. The L track is a nice improvement. Right now I don't like the 3 D feature, but I think when I find out how to turn it down. It will be nice. I will write a second review in a month or so.Well now it has been about two months. I am using the chair daily for about 20 minutes and sometimes a short 8 minute one before bed. I have been working from home so my neck and shoulders have been killing me. It is nice to get done and then go sit in the chair for 20 minutes. it relaxes my neck and shoulder and back. The first day it seemed to hard, but now it feels right. It does avery good job on the neck, shoulders and back. It is not really comparable to getting a massage. I still like it very much. many times it will hit an area and I will go oh yea, but then it just moves on. I guess the best comparison would be to someone just trained for massages. they are told do 5 of these, 4 of these then 10 of this on each side etc. they don't know how too feel a tight muscle or how to stay on it until it is stretched out. so it is no comparison to an actual massage. I am really happy to have it and do recommend it to anyone with stiff neck and back. this model does a much better job on the shoulders and butt than most chairs I have been in. My wife likes to do the sleep program and often falls asleep in the chair. I have tried all the programs and found several that I like. the neck and shoulders is great, the quick relax is nice, and the Experience is good too. I often switch to different one just to get different massages Osaki Monarch
