I wanted to like these--loved the look of my first watch but after a few months part of the back panel fell off and water started to get in and it stopped working consistently. Reached out to Treehut and they were not helpful. My wife bought me a new one recently and when I tried to adjust the time after it started running fast, the pin came all the way out and then would no longer adjust the hands. DID get to return this one BUT 20$ restocking fee..... So, I'm now really done. Will go elsewhere. I gave them two chances, I guess I should have learned the lesson after their costumer service fail on round one. Shame on me I guess. Again, I wanted to love this company; no longer rooting for them. :-(

I can't express how happy I am with this product. Easy to read and looks way more expensive than it is. Wood perfectly shaped and finished and the strap seems to be of good quality. Hands illuminate at night so telling time in dark or dim areas not a problem . Arrived in a timely manner and in a sturdy, padded box, so there there was little chance of damage during shipping. So pleased I may order another in a different wood. Would recommend this watch highly to anyone.

I had purchased this in March 2019 and the band broke after 4 months. The watch itself stopped working completely shortly after, even with new batteries. I took it into a watch repair kiosk and there was nothing to be done except consult the manufacturer. I had written emails, messaged on Facebook, and have tried calling for the past several months trying to reach someone. Treehut's customer service hours are from 9am-noon Mon-Fri and they are absolutely unreachable by phone, even when you leave voicemails. As a last resort I created a post on their Facebook page explaining my predicament and asked if someone can help me resolve a warranty issue, and instead of reaching out, they deleted my post. I had noticed many people commenting on their page to complain about their own negative experiences. Visit their Facebook page and that is all you need to know about this "company". To say they have terrible customer service would be one thing, but they have ZERO customer service. I wouldn't have left a negative review if Treehut had simply offered to repair or replace my watch. Or, just not ignore me in the first place.

This watch is gorgeously made and true to the photos. Very light and comfortable, and the leather strap is nice and also soft. Unfortunately, about a month or so after it arrived, the watch stopped keeping time accrately. The minute and hand hours do not move when they should, effectively rending the watch useless functionally.Still. It looks good. And feels nice. If you don't care about the watch part, you could do worse than this timepiece. However, if you want to be able to tell what time it is by looking at your watch, avoid this one altogether.UPDATE:This watch has totally stopped working. Utter disappointment as it is very beautiful and comfortable to wear. Avoid altogether.

I love watches, and have some nice ones including a couple nice Tags. I hate heavy watches, or watches with thick bands because I work on a laptop all day and they just seem to get in the way. I thought this watch looked interesting. Wow, what an amazing watch. The band is so thin and soft it's really comfortable. You can work on a laptop and never feel it. I slept with it on because I forgot it was even there. The case is lighter than a titanium watch, almost feels like air in your hand. Overall, it has a very classy look and I'll wear it to the office no problem. Most watches I buy end up in the dresser drawer for either being too heavy, uncomfortable.. but this one's going to get a lot of use. Have had all kinds of people ask about it.

Good service for purchase/shipping and the watch looked as was shown online. However, after 6 months I've noticed lately it's losing 5 minutes every 7 days. When I checked my purchase history today, I find that product support expired on Oct. 11th, last week... So the watch looks good but doesn't tell the time after 6 months and needs fixing. That's a bust in my book for a timepiece. Disappointing.

I bought this watch and wear it often. I really like the look and feel this is a good deal. I am typically nervous about purchasing apparel online since I can not see it in person, but this ended up working out well for me.

This is the second Bamboo watch I've bought from Treehut for my cousin. He lost the first one. He had a million complements on it and it was his favorite. He wore this more than his Rolex and Breitling watches. So, when his wife told me he lost it, I had to buy him another one. Very stylish and you can wear it with anything.

I bought this watch for my hubby for Christmas, he loves it. We had seen similar wooden watches in Venice and he loved them but the prices were crazy. It looks great, light weight, good price. Perfect gift.

Not worth the money - overpriced, doesn't look good in person, looks better on line, the face of the watch is too big. They charge for returns as well then reduce the price so you'll you keep it instead of paying the return shipping costs.

I’ve ordered these watches before and have never had an issue. However this one showed up with a crack down the middle. I’ve learned my lesson and will order from treehut website directly next time
