Save your money, no instructions
No instructions with the product and I have installed vinyl products on vehicles multiple times. I could not make this lay flat without bubbles and creases and it creased as soon as I tried to squeegee it smooth. I tried multiple techniques with soapy water, squeegee, multiple people, heat gun, etc. save your money and pay a tint shop to install. If there were instructions that I could have followed and still failed I wouldn’t post an unfavorable review. It makes me question the other positive reviews

Great customer service and great product
Product work very well! Does reduce significantly heat transfer and ultraviolet ray.I purchase the lowest tint screen. For most part I always refrain from using my moon roof. With this tint screen I have no hesitation at all.Exceptional customer service and quick respond. It doesn’t fit
When I received this product after 10 days of delay, it arrived damaged but this is not the seller's fault. The seller gave me the refund, which I think is fair. But before throwing it away I took a look at the damaged paper and I could easily realize that the measurement had nothing to do with the windshield of my car for which it should have been customized. Even so, the material is of good quality, in case this is of any use to them.

Impossible.
No instructions sent, it literally came in a duct tape package. Tried to look up videos. This material is impossible to work with. I wadded it up and threw it straight in the trash after two hours of attempting to place it. Material is flimsy and tears easily. I wouldn’t recommend product to anyone.

Pre-cut did not fit, terrible customer service
I ordered pre cut tint for my Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid, and the windshield tint I received was not made to fit. I notified them of a notch ahead of time and still they sent me an unfitted sheet of tint. Also, the two front windows were also not a fit and were short. I waited longer than I should have so I took it a professional tinter. Customer service was not helpful. Buyer beware.

This tint sucks
I’m really disappointed, I’ve worked with various different kinds and brands of window tint and wrap and I’ve never worked with one that is so hard to work with. I could not get it to lay flat without bubbling or creasing, there was no way of fixing it. It made me so mad i had to throw it away. Makes me sad to say that this is so bad.

SAVE YOuR MONEY 💰 Not even cut out like paid for
Not sure why they won’t allow return when it isn’t what you ordered. I wanted it Custom for my Car. Not sure why they ask your year and model if they don’t know what my windshield looks like. If I cut the spot out Potentially I mess up the whole film. So BUMMED
