Worth every penny
A strong, sturdy and durable monitor stand. Can align the monitor any way you want. If you're like me and constantly keeps changing the position of the monitor, this is the perfect thing for you. This gives you the freedom to sit any way you want to while working to reach your preferred level of comfort without compromising your line comfortable position of monitor or line of sight.Saves a lot of space on the desk, and a clean, spacious workspace makes a huge difference in mindset when working from home. The gas spring makes it possible to work standing up and sitting down, in a sleek, effortless way. Absolutely no need to fear the stand falling off the desk or the monitor falling off the stand. It's that sturdy.Comes with two options of assembly. You can either attach it to the edge of the desk, or if your desk has a grommet, you can attach it in to the grommet too. Also comes with cable management facilities, so no cables will be in sight on your workspace. Perfect for all you minimalists and perfectionists !This arm also allows you to easily flip your monitor from landscape to portrait mode, which in my opinion, is hugely beneficial if working with code or if you work somewhere where conversation in Microsoft Teams or Skype or Slack or Discord is an integral part of your daily work.

Quality and reliability
Excellent bracket of sturdy construction with a very reasonable range of movement, can be adjusted to balance the weight of your monitor so that it stays exactly where you want it to by means of the supplied Allen Key. My monitor is a 22” Samsung screen which this bracket easily supports. Nice mouldings on the bracket through which to route any cables which are removed using a phillips screwdriver(I have an HDMI, the power cable and a usb webcam cable attached).I’ve used the supplied clamp rather than drilling my desk to mount the bracket which has a very sturdy feel and a good range of adjustment to suit your ‘desk thickness’.The instruction booklet could be a little clearer but you will quickly work out how to set it up.Excellent value IMHO(I added washers to the screws provided just to be on the safe side)UPDATE: 1 year later and this bracket/mount is proving very reliable.

Very sturdy and mounted with ease.
The mount is extremely sturdy with a lot of manoeuvrability. I can easily setup my monitor and stabilise it in whatever position, tilt I’m after at the time. The appearance is a bit clunky but if you’re after that, instead of a minimalist approach, will look really nice in your setup.

Excellent monitor arm for the price
I bought two of these to support a pair of AOC 21" monitors. The arms themselves are pretty solid things, and are fairly heavy.Assembly was easy enough and the instructions are good. The only thing I needed that wasn't in the box was a standard cross-head screwdriver. They even included the right-sized bolts and spacers for different monitor sizes and curved backs.Getting the spring tension right for the gas lift is tricky, and depends on the weight of your monitor. The instructions are clear enough on how to do that though. The one thing I don't like about this monitor arm is the cable tidies: unlike most of the monitor arms I've used before, the cable tidies don't clip into place - they're secured by a bolt that sits in the middle of the channel, so it's possible to damage a cable when screwing the cover in place. Obviously if you chew a video cable in the screw you potentially damage your computer and monitor, but if it's the mains cable you chew in that bolt, you could end up with an electrocution hazard. For this reason, I'm not using the cable tidies.Other than the poor decision to use bolts to hold the cable tidies in place I'd say these are more than adequate for most purposes. There are more expensive monitor arms out there for this screen size, however if all you're after is something to hold a monitor up and you're not worried about seeing the wires at the back then these will do just fine.

I should have bought this months ago
This is one of those items I wish I'd bought months ago at the start of the coronavirus pandemic. For ages I would just 'get by' with the second monitor sat at an awkward angle next to me, making excuses not to buy a proper supportBut then I took the plunge and got this. What a revelation! Now I can have the monitor properly mounted directly above my laptop while I work from home - no more twisting to see it. I managed to get at a discount price of £22 - worth every penny!Fitting was quick and easy - ready to use in 10 minutes. It comes with the necessary hex keys for desk fitting, but unfortunately no screwhead tool to help fix the included VESA screws on the monitor, or (re)fit the cable-tidy casings. The build quality seems very good and, with my lightweight 22 inch monitor, is more than adequate for what I need.

I wish I had bought one of these when I first started using a computer.
I can't praise this product highly enough. It is really quick to install (10 minutes). Very sturdy (even with a fairly large monitor - Samsung LU32J590UQUXEN 32-Inch 4K) and easy to adjust.4K monitors are great, but for fiddly pixel perfect work or when software has small icons and text, they can be a bit of an eyestrain. Being able to move the monitor closer for fine work is really useful. I also love the way it makes the monitor float above the desk space and the extra room this provides is more than you might think. Absolutely brilliant. Now I just need a Delorean so I can go back and install it in 1996.
