so far so good i have installed half of my order. no bad bulbs. i had some issues with another brand of bulbs in the past requiring to get a better connection on the tombstones and had to spin the bulbs several times before they would light up and stay on. with these i have not had that issue.

Placed order May 21st. Great price. Order shipped June 3rd. Description said Two Day Shipping, item arrived June 8.No heads up about delay, no explanation, nothing. Gave 4 stars because of length of time to ship.

I have installed 50 of these 8ft Parmida bulbs so far. For a building with 40 8ft fixtures with very old ballasts and two old 75w bulbs I installed only one of these LED bulbs in each fixture and it was both brighter and whiter (making the old tubes look pink). I figure these will pay for themselves in 6 months of electricity use at 9.25 hours/day x 5 days per week.For a few 8ft high output fixtures (HO) I replaced the 2-pin tombstones and ballast with single pin tombstones with no ballast and installed both LED bulbs to similar results.Time will tell how long the bulbs last. One end does get pretty warm and the 8 ft tubes have quite a bit of flexibility (bendy) than the 4ft LED bulbs. For best results a spacer is needed with the supplied clip for the middle of the bulb.

UPDATE:We have these lights installed now for 2 years and they are seriously losing their brightness and a few LED's within them are burning out. We thought we were losing brightness from them so we added more tombstones to some of the fixtures we had and used the tubes we had left over (from this order 2 years ago). The ones we just installed are about 20-25% brighter. I'm assuming the these will only get dimmer to the point of where they will be useless.ORIGINAL:We have a 5 bay auto repair shop that was horribly lit. Removing the ballasts and installing led lighting was the best thing we've done and it was very easy. We've lowered the electric bill, doubled the light, removed the buzzing, and no more complaining by employees! These were the third brand we've ordered and I have to say that they are brighter than the other brand 6000k bulbs we've purchased. We are now considering purchasing them to light our lawn mower repair shop and outdoor power equipment showroom. I need a warmer light (4000k) for the showroom though. I hope they make them.Go with these first and save yourself some time and money.

Multiple lights failed within a month. Out if 30 at least half have partially failed our completely.Will update depending how warranty goes.
