Very well thought up
So far very cool. A solid 304 stainless card that won’t bend, break or burn- comes in a small dvd case size recyclable box with the directions printed - there’s a card verification process On the phone app to make sure it’s tamper-free. Very unique process with the QR code sticker (public address) and private sticker (key) under it - if it were to be etched it would be visible on an X-ray machine (well thought up) it also has a unique smell specifically to be authentic - both stickers made in different factories across the globe and put together by a 3rd party factory so no one ever sees the private keys.The phone app is very simple and elegant interface- not a lot of features - just a view of balances in your wallet - no money can be stored on the app (hot wallet) for safety/hacking - I’m really digging it and plan to get another one

Problemi con il portafoglio,sopratutto per quel che riguarda gli scambi di criptovalute.Vi spigo in breve prima di fare un eventuale segnalazione alle autorita competenti in materi.Volevo scambiare USDC IN DAI nel momento di cambiare la vostra piattaforma mi dice che il saldo e insufficente di 31 usdc ma per fare il cambio servono 99,9 usdc.A questo punto ascuisto criptovaluta su coinbase per 73,72 usdc e le invio al mio portafoglio ballet real bitcoin cosi ho 73 usdc + 31 usdc=104,916366.Adesso ho piu di 99.9 usdc richiesti per il movimento.Effettuo la procedura per cambiare i 104,9 usdc in DAI e a questo punto la vostra piattaforma mi dice NUOVAMENTE CHE I FONDI NON BASTANO PER LO SCAMBIO ma ne servono adesso 112,81 USDC.QUESTO NON E NORMALE E SOPRATUTTO NON E GIUSTO CHE SI FACCIA AI VOSTRI CLIENTI.Mi attivero per denunciare il tutto alle autorita di competenza al piu presto.

Aplicación para escritorio
Todo excelente salvo la aplicación para escritorio versión 64bit que mi pequeño ordenador no puede abrir. Hoy he recibido un E-mail con el enlace de la versión 32bit. Descargado y probado todo perfecto. Servicio al cliente también 5 estrellas.

It's nearly a perfect solution
This is now my second Ballet card since my fianceé decided she wanted the first one I had. It's great and I love it. Again, only minor issue is that you don't want to EVER lose it since the passkey is right on it. I also wish there was a way to transfer off of it without peeling the sticker back because it doesn't look as great once you do. Keep it as a true, cold storage option though, and it's perfect.
