Great holster, very fast shipping too!

I bought a WTP holster, it marred up the end of my pistol and my stream light, then I tried this one. Works like a charm. Keeps my handgun nice and secure, guards the trigger while I’m carrying, the release is a natural movement, and what I really like is that it’s not a push button to release (which is a natural movement to put your finger on the trigger when drawing your weapon and causing an accidental discharge). Going to buy a couple more for my other handguns for range days.

Very shortly - this is a great holster, value for the money.This Safariland 7378 holster works great with Gen5 Glock 17 MOS + Olight PL Pro Valkyrie.The ALS (automatic locking system) level 2 retention system is extremely intuitive for pulling the gun out of the holster and for acquiring your master grip. During reholstering there is definitive and audible retention click and the gun then secures into the holster seamlessly. Should you feel that the holster ALS nub could be bigger, there are options out there.As the ALS system works by locking into the ejection port, this holster works equally perfectly with or without a weapon mounted light. When the gun is holstered, there will be some up/down wiggle, but no lateral movement. That can be adjusted according to your preference by using the adjustment screw. Important notice - the holster will come in contact with the front serrations during un/holstering, but it is minimal and the holster will not scratch the gun. At the same time, ambidextrous and extended slide lock/release is of no issue.Based on Gen5 Glock 17 MOS FS + Olight PL Pro fitment, there is definitely additional room for a longer weapon and a WML. Very rough measuring showed at least an inch from the end of the barrel and 0.6in from the end of the PL pro. Don't take my word for it, but this holster should therefore also work with Glock 34, since it is only 0.79in longer than Glock 17.It is difficult to say definitively, but it looks that this holster might not work with suppressor height seights. Plenty of height room for the rear sight and also for the front sight when the gun is holstered, but the ALS locking mechanism might impede the entry of extended front sight. But this holster does not come with an RMR cut anyway. Not sure if or how it would fit a comp, but threaded barrel would not be an issue, for the aforementioned additional space. Additionally, there is an opening at the bottom as well.Last but not least, the holster has the trademark Safariland three hole cuts, which can be perfectly utilized for the QLS system. Importantly, the holster actually has a double set of "three holes", so that you can choose your ride height. Additionally, you can adjust the tilt of the holster, but it is not possible to have it completely straight.To sum it up - it is a great duty/GTW holster.

Safariland 7TS ALS holster. WOW OK I bought this holster as suggested from a friend of mine who is an X officer still carries and is and avid shooter. I have tried and use many other holster I'm a fan of leather until now. This holster is the most comfortable of all my holsters. Unlike regular belt holsters, I barely know I'm wearing it because it does NOT pull on your belt pulling you pants down. I have always hate that, either you have to tighen your belt until it hurts or wear a sagging pistol, Never again.It sits very close to my body in fact could not sit any closer for concealment but most of the time I open carry. It rides so comfortably close to your body my arm doesn't even hit it all the time like my other holsters.SOFirst of all it LOOKS Awesome, top quality workmanship to the tee. Finish is perfect, every edge meet perfect and everything rounded smooth 10 stars for Quality and ComfortMy G19 fits perfect slips right in and locks tight n secureThumb release works perfect like it should, a very natural position as you crab your pistol the release is right there and your thumb will automatically release the lock every time its Awesome. Even thought there is no thumb break like I'm use to with my OLD leather holsters, I feel very safe carrying knowing how well it locks into position. I would give this holster a 10+ if I could....I'm going to buy one right now for my G20 10mm and a few more to follow. Thanks Safariland

Alright folks, this is a review for the holster using a Glock 17 gen 4 with inforce APLC, extended slide lock, mag release and Tru-glow sights.Pro's:1. Quality material and construction. No razor sharp edges.2. Paddle holster hold tight, like python squeezing a rabbit tight.3. Solid, audible click when holstering.4. Very smooth, intuitive weapon release. The weapon is not going to dislodge by accident or incidental contact.5. Weapon with attached light fit securely with no rattle or play.6. Adjustable cant is nice, very customizable.Cons:1. The holster is literally 2" longer than it needs to be for a G17. I guess if you have a rail light that sticks out a foot you need this feature, 2 additional inches isn't always a good thing. It hangs well below any covering a normal shirt or jacket would provide. This took a complete star away2. It's ugly. There are a bunch of patterns and fake vents all over the thing. Doesn't effect the usage, but it's still ugly.3. It's heavy. Not genuine leather 9lbs heavy but the added length and detail make it weigh more then it should.Overall it's a solid 4 rating. I'm retired LEO and have used many holsters in my day. If I was still in uniform without the need for concealment I would use it with confidence. I will keep it and use it for carry at home. It's not a concealed carrier, with the additional length, you would have to wear a dress to cover it.

This is the best holster ever! I was going to buy another one for my Glock 19, but my friend talked me into buying this one. The $20 was definitely worth it. The paddle is good, but I prefer the belt attachment. The locking mechanism is genius, and it is definitely good quality. If you are wavering between this holster and another one; buy this one!

As always solid built Safariland, retention is intuitive and I can draw fast like it isn’t even there. But to bulky for conceal carry. Overall love it

It was supposed to fit a Glock 20 and mine became stuck in the retention system. Had to disassemble the holster to remove my gun.

Excellent product, my Glock 17 fits completely secure I added the Safariland QLS System to both paddle and belt attachments. Very happy with this purchase.
