Nice size for smaller hands
My daughter just received these for her training. We purchased a different pair but they were too big. These are a much better fit for her. She’s 11.

Excellent product
These were a replacement pair and were just what I was looking for to use when I swim laps. I've been using for a couple of months and good so far.

Great easy on the arm swim paddles
This works very well and it allows me to use my fingers to hold on to the edge of the pool while in the deep end. It's better than the larger paddles that can cause shoulder injuries from too much resistance. Amazon pricing was much better than buying directly from Arena due to the free, fast shipping.

Your freestyle stroke assistant
It is a good tool to help you feel the water better without hurting your shoulders as much (If you use those regular paddles). You will need to figure out the rubber bands setup before you use them though. I tried a few times to find out the best configuration for my fingers.

Way easier than full size
Debated whether to get these or the regular paddles, and decided to give these a try. My son prefers these. He says they are easier to put on and take off between sets and offer a similar amount of resistance. The silicone bands are easy to adjust and work well for the size of his hands.
