This was my first experience with them. I am usually hesitant about buying extra insurance, but I did on this thing and am happy for it. Once I was able to get someone it was easy. No major hoops to jump through.

Your warranty coverage of my dehumidifier was fantastic and so quick. Within a half an hour I received a code to which I followed instructions very easily and the purchase price was put on an Amazon gift card for me to purchase another dehumidifier. You have a great warranty process- thank you

its difficult to secure details of the plan, I've tried but have yet to succeed , would reconsider picking up the plan if I new how difficult it was going to be. It's like the Company doesn't want you to know the details.

They fulfilled my claim quickly. The person I dealt with was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Although it took a few calls to get all my questions answered on a product failure (Frigidaire Dehumidifier), the refund of the purchase price was a reasonable solution even though I have to track-down proper disposal of the bad unit. I was really hoping to get a service repair in my home since the unit just recently went past the Factory Warranty (1-year) with Frigidaire...how convenient.
