In the picture it looks way bigger, it shows 3 kids jumping at the same time, but on the instructions manual, it says one person can jump at a time. When putting this together, I had sore muscles for days. Directions weren’t clear, but I got it up, it took 2 1/2 hours. It doesn’t come with a ladder like it showed in a few of the pictures. Also, the springs look like they could pop out any time...

It was easier to assemble than I had anticipated. I'm not that great with following instruction manuals but they were pretty easy to understand. I had read a review saying it takes about three hours to assemble but the two of us got it done in about two hours and that was with taking our time and making a few mistakes. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the foam coverings that go over the poles that you then have 'slide' up into the sleeves on the netting. Be prepared to spend a few minutes on that part.

If there is nothing else to review, their customer service gets 5 stars solid. Purchased the trampoline a few weeks ago, it arrives, daughter loves it, then we have a huge wind storm. The side rails for the net got beat up. I emailed asking if I can buy more, they not only send me replacements, but send them fast as well, and at no charge. Tramp is good quality so far also. Would def buy again from these folks. Good job, good company.

Not a 10 foot trampoline. The frame is 10 ft. My old trampoline was a 10ft but that was the mat not the frame. It was smaller than expected. Great tension and works well for my kids. Safety net is very sturdy

Easy to assemble but the legs dont match with the top circle and they didnt fit snugly. Either wsy i have used it with 4 6 year old girls and it hold very well

Sturdy product for the price. Was expecting far less. Would recommend. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is the fact the safety net is pulled so tight that it will not zip.

Perfect for my 3 y/o grandbaby and I to jump around in. Can’t wait for her friends to come over and see how it is with a bunch of kids. Pretty happy with it overall. I’m missing some rubber pieces and have messaged the seller so we will see how they take care of that!

There were broken and poor quality parts right out of the box.. the foam on one of the net poles was damaged, one of the safety clasps doesn't click together, and 2 of the springs already rusted. And then reading the instructions it says max 220lbs where as it is advertised for over 300 pounds as the max weight capacity - this is the main reason I bought this particular trampoline. I could have spent a lot less if I wanted one with a 220 weight capacity.To top it all off, the trampoline squeaks very badly. Poor purchase.

We were very happy with the buy, arrived as promised, easy enough to assemble on my own, kids loved it. But after nearly 2 months one side of the structure gave in and broke. We’ve contacted the company and they were readily accessible and helpful, offered to send another one but we got a refund in the end. Really good customer service.
