This is an extremely practical bit of gear. It has a surprisingly large capacity with a well thought out internal layout making the contents easily accessible.Stitching and zips seem robust and overall quality is very good.I particularly like the velcro and buckle fastening, which enables the pack to be deployed instantly from belt or backpack.The heavy duty scissors included are an added bonus, they are good quality too.

Sturdy, It has enough space for me to pack 3x bandages, a few emergency drugs with syringes/needles, cannulas, tourniquet, and several first aid items like plasters, gauze and N/S 0,9%. Note: this is not a waterproof first aid kit. I am pleased with the buy for a simple 2-3 day hiking in the mountain.

This is as it is described, the pictures make it look bigger than it is but that is not a bad thing.You can fit a 25 man first aid kit in this pouch.Having the velcro rip of panel is great and the loop being on the pouch side is perfect.The molle loops on the front are great to have good for fitting Tourniquet pouches to so you have then in the same place and not take up room inside.The only thing I wish was that it came with two of the panels that would make this even more versatile.

Good value, decent quality and plenty of space for an EDC first aid kit. Fits nicely in my rucksack.

I purchase this to keep my personal first aid kit in when using my chainsaw. Its definitely worth buying this and your own first aid equipment instead of the 'branded' kits, which always seem to miss something or not suitable for certain situations. It is a nice size pouch and it still has a bit more room to hold a few more items

Les points positifs :- espace bien conçu pour ranger le matériel de premiers secours- toile de la trousse de qualité moyenne, mais quand même correcte( normal pour ce prix là )- paire de ciseaux de qualité- toile enduite à l'intérieur efficace pour l'imperméabilité contre l'eauPoints négatifs:- problème de conception : crochets velcro dépassant dans les 4 angles au dos de la trousse pouvant griffer un vêtement ou un sac. Solution: retirer sur les angles avec une bonne pince à épiler les crochets velcro en faisant attention de ne pas arracher les coutures. Cela a régler le problème !

Parfait, j'ai pu y mettre quasiment tout mon matos d'intervention (j'ai juste ajouté une attache élastique MOLE pour les ciseaux que je veux garder à porté de main immédiate). Les dimensions et le rangement interne est bien foutu, celui qui à créé cette trousse doit avoir l'habitude du terrain.
