My feet feel much better after using these. I walk on the outside of my feet and these inserts are in my running shoes to help offset supination while I workout. Very nice!

I'm heavy, and the insoles were so sturdy and thick, I couldn't walk in them for long without almost falling down for lack of blood circulation in my legs. Glad my brother was nearby for me to grab onto! But, I am 71-years old. So may work better for younger, lighter folks!

I got these for my husband, and he says they work as well as expected and are comfortable.

I liked the material it is made of and the way it sticks to the inside of my sneakers.

Sounded great from a lot of reviews. I think my supination is too, severe for these small, pads. I put them in my work, shoes, but didn't notice any real, adjusting of my feet. Yes, they tend to move in the shoe a bit. I bet if I were to super-glue them in, they would stsy, but I am not willing to do that. I feel that these may be better off in a heel, type shoe. I mean like a woman's, heeled shoe. Dressy, pump, style. For sneakers or boots, I feel they are just not heavy duty enough to make a difference. For someone else, perhaps, but for me, it's a "no".
