Short version: Great quality, fit, price, looks & security (for a soft cover).Ordered for a 2012 GMC Sierra Crew Cab w/ short bed (5'8"). Amazon product - Paid $275, free shipping. Fits perfectly. Bed & cargo are dry after the last rain. The seals are a dense rubber/foam - Comes w/ a tailgate seal of the same material. Single sheet of fairly thick marine vinyl over sturdy aluminum frame. You could probably cut into it with any decent knife, but soft covers aren't made to be impenetrable. You have to open the tailgate to unlatch it, so I bought a tailgate handle w/ a codeable lock (can use your own key) for extra security. Easy to unlatch & fold. Latches are sturdy. Also very easy to install - Maybe 5 minutes if you get it lined up right the first time. Isn't totally flat, in case that's what you're looking for -- the frame has an intentional bow in the middle for water runoff. Edges are also tapered all the way around for water runoff.Long term sagging remains to be seen but I don't expect any problems with the frame. Not sure how the vinyl holds up over time but it seems sturdy & thick -- manufacturer does recommend cleaners w/out conditioners (they say it makes the skin stretch). They sell some on their site.* Update (1/16/14): I've beaten this thing up - left it on w/ 6" of snow/ice for 5 days, rested 50 lb boxes on the frame, taken it off & walked on it, dropped it from 6 feet. Oh, and I haven't cleaned it with anything but a water hose either. Still no dents in the frame, no wear on the vinyl or seals, and no sagging. I suspect this cover will last until I accidentally drop a running chainsaw on it.I checked out some other soft covers in person and looked online for others. I think this is the sturdiest thing you can get in this price range. Plus, it's priced lower than everything except snap-on or roll-up covers (don't like those much). If you go through the manufacturer's Web site, you'll pay $299 but you'll also get some cleaner and a stick-on light for the bed (sold separately for $17/ea, so you'll save about $10 it if you want those items, too).

The Tonno Pro 42-105 Tonno Tri- Fold top was tested severely the day after I put it on. It sat in a rain storm all night and then we drove 6 hours the next day, mostly in the rain. There was no leaking at all. The Tonno was easy to put on and also to remove. It is also easy to turn it back to open up part of the truck bed. I put it on a 2013 Silverado with the very short bed. I have not put on the tail gate seal strip that was provided, I don't feel a need for it.The only thing that I don't like about the Tonno is that where the unit folds, at the truck bed side, there are a lumps at each fold. The folding mechanism pushes up the material a bit so it doesn't sit perfectly flat. I've noticed that some covers fit flat, but I'm not sure if they were fold type or roll up. I just noticed them on other trucks, but didn't take a close look. This is not a problem with the function, just the looks. Also... the tailgate pushes against the cover as it slides under it to close. I don't have a bed liner, but there is a plastic cap on the length of the tail gate of the truck which raises it up about 1/4-3/8 of an inch. I believe that if I had a plastic bed liner, the tail gate would fit evenly and smoothly under the cover, because the whole cover would be raised to the same level as the tail gate. This is perhaps a bit of nit-picking. I still like the cover since my main concern was keeping the inside of the bed dry.

I have had this product for just over 6 months and it is a solid product. It rolls up very nice and holds up to the elements decently along with looking very slick and thin. My only complaint is that it doesn’t tighten enough. Mine has always looked warped and loose allowing water to puddle up in it and causing other issues.

After searching everywhere for a very specific tonneau cover figured I would give this a shot. The hard part with my setup is that i have the trac-rac system installed on my 2011 silverado with an 8' bed. In addition to that I have a toolbox installed with a little giant ladder mounted behind the toolbox. Fortunately the tonneau cover rails mount on the inside of the bedrails while the trac rac sliding rac is mounted on top of the bedrails. What I did is I ordered this cover but for the 5'8" bed and just moved everything so the tonneau cover butted right up to the toolbox. I also had to cut down the tonneau cover cross member because it was made for the front of the truck bed which is 1" wider. Because i have the ladder mounted behind the toolbox, it is open back there about 10" which doesnt make for a completely water tight bed cover but i just dont want my tools to get soaking wet if I get caught in a rain storm. Also the velcro doesn't attach instead just flaps up against the inside rail of the trac-rac system however water still doesnt get through this opening due to the gasket of this tonneau cover rail as well as the trac rac inside rail. Between the two it diverts water away and toward the back of the truck keeping the bed dry. As you can see not a customary install but it works for me. This is identical to the truxedo offering at half the price. Only difference is the tension adjuster. If you watch the video installs for each one you will see what I mean. Love this cover so far will update after a couple months of use
