Best Egg Slicer Out There!
Best egg slicers out there! Had this same model for over 15 years before it broke; hate slicing and chopping eggs by hand. This is one of the best slicers out there, and it doesn't take up much storage space. Had two Kitchen Aid egg slicers, they both broke within two months of purchase; they were not worth the money. I’m sticking with Norpro 986 White Egg & Mushroom Slicer. I just wish they came in red.

Too small
I tried to cut a large egg and had to mash it in to get it to cut. This is very small!!

A straightforward egg slicer.
Does exactly what it promises, although I would never slice a mushroom with this product. I use a knife for that. The slicer sails easily through hard boiled eggs, and although I wish it was a tiny bit wider (for those odd shaped eggs) I have no real complaints. I am a chef at a restaurant and use this product 8-20 times a day. A good slicer.
