After 7 months of 10 hours every night 7 of the bulbs have failed. These are outdoors but under roof. Unacceptable failure rate.Upgraded review to 4 stars because Seller had a COMPLETE new set in my hands within a few days. Excellent service.

Although one was broken, the rest seem to be fine. I bought them so I would have a few replacements and I am still okay with my purchase.

We bought a string of them and hung them along the eaves of our back deck last year. Only one bulb had a problem... it was in a spot where a lot of water would overflow our gutter during heavy rain. Water got into it and we had to replace it. When it went out, it did not affect the rest of the string. When we added a ground level deck last month (DEC), we ordered a second strong of the same lights to add to the first. We like having the area lit up at night. The lights are completely exposed to rain and snow, but we've had no problems. That they are plastic instead of glass makes them easy to handle and less likely to break. I think they are a good deal and would buy again.

They are great but water gets into the lightbulbs

Had a problem with a few bulbs, emailed the company, they sent a full replacement order almost the next day. Very professional, without a doubt would purchase items from this company again.

I purchased these to replace some incandescent bulbs. I'm so glad they are bright but not eye squinting headache bright, I think these are just the right soft warmness and watts to be used on a deck or porch. I will probably be replacing another set soon.
