My husband and I LOVE our R.O. countertop Rkin machine! Very impressive indeed. Ready to go right out of the box which is a huge plus!! And most importantly, it works great! Been using it everyday for the past couple of weeks. We fill 2-3 large pet bowls everyday, fill about 8-12 water bottles a day, plus a pitcher. So we do many cycles per day, but it's kinda fun. Very easy to do. I just keep doing cycles til I get a surplus of water & do my best to keep it up. I can't even tell you how amazed I am with this machine. I appreciate other's reviews & the heads up. Easy to use, change, clean. Perfect countertop size. Was going to get the black one but decided to get the white so I can see any dirt or smudges to keep it extra clean:) It looks nice. I use paper towels to blot minor water dripping when removing 'dirty' water bottom section. Remove bottom water reservoir container when done using to dry out..Not a big deal at all. No need to remove clean top water container (so its remains clean & uncontaminated) Our tap water has very strong chlorine smell. After putting it through the r.o. cycle, all gone! Water tastes clean, pure, amazing! So glad to have found this special genius machine. We're renting so this is a life saver. We were going to go with the Berkey, but it seemed too high maintenence for us & it doesn't remove sodium which was a must. Unit appears well made. Hoping the filter changes will be smooth. Love how they are easy accessible. We have omnipure so we'll see.. So far so 👍 good!Awesome invention!Update: Been using for 3 months now. No issues. Still 👍 great. Will update when filter change is needed✌

Cool idea, but poorly designed. Hopefully all the people who 5 stared this realized that it leaks underneath somehow due to the top reservoir being smaller than the bottom. If they didn't realize this they'll probably have a lot of water damage. Two ways around this :1) Don't max fill the bottom reservoir.2) Empty the top reservoir into a pitcher during filtration.I had taken the back panel off just to see if there was leaking inside of it. There indeed was some leakage on the right side up in middle/front that was bad enough to pool up a little bit all the way to the back casing. They put a little pad thing there I'm assuming to help catch/hide that.For me the $500 price tag is not worth having to worry about this. I would want the product to be perfect for that amount, which this is not that. There are much better portable RO systems that just hook up to a faucet for $160 that have nothing to worry about other than the normal filter changes with any RO system. Go for one of those instead of this. You'll save yourself time and money.

I've always been concerned about the bad stuff in municipal tap water have tried a variety of solutions from bottled water (to expensive and all those plastic bottles bad for the environment) to carbon block filters (doesn't remove all the bad stuff). I always knew RO was the best solution to getting pure drinking water, but was put off by the difficulty of installing the system, drilling, into drain pipes, etc. This product seemed is the perfect solution. Literally set it on the counter, plug it in, and it's ready to start providing fresh, pure drinking water. My wife wasn't to crazy about something sitting on the countertop, but the design is so sleek, compact, and beautifully styled, that she was totally fine with it. They have 2 options, the Alka pure and Onli Pure. I opted for the Onli Pure because you end up with just pure H20 with nothing in it, whereas the Alka pure adds some minerals back in to make it alkaline. I like to add my own mineral in using Concentrace drops since they contain trace minerals as well that we don't get enough of in our diet. So by buying the Onli Pure I can start with nothing but pure H20 and then customize it with the type and amount of minerals I want. The unit is thoughtfully designed and so convenient to use. Just fill the bottom reservoir with tap water and press one button and the unit does the rest producing 1/2 gallon of pure clean water in about a 15-20 minute run. I then pour that water into a pitcher that goes into the fridge (I like to drink it chilled). I am extremely happy with this product and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient way to provide the highest quality drinking water to themselves and their families.

As a preface, I have only had this machine for 3 weeks and use it daily. I live in an area with horrible tap water and a shockingly high water bill every month. I have been buying 2.5 gallon spring water from the supermarket every few days which adds up quickly. This machine does exactly what it advertises- place in tap water and the resulting water is 0 TDS. I only have a few criticisms1. I do not see any replacement filters on Amazon-I am really hoping that the price is reasonable2. The reservoir is pretty small if you have a large family- you may need to run it multiple times a day3. The plastic divider in the filling tank is pretty flimsy- I have feared that I will break it by accidentOther than those issues- I do think that it is a bit pricey for the size. Perhaps $250-300 would be a little more reasonable since you still need to buy filters for it eventually.However it has helped me alot and I would buy again.

taste was not good, filter small amount of water , I find it not very practical , returned , lets see when seller refund my money , it says it will take 30 days from return date
