So a couple of things - use this ONLY how it is recommended or like what others have said you can get frostbite burns/scars. I used frost 9-10 and suction 3-5 for 30-60 minutes on each section - be CAREFUL and survey the area every 15 minutes or so to make sure everything is okay with your skin. After 4-6 weeks I started to see that the areas I used the machine on were losing (fat) bulges.DON'T FORGET TO USE THE PROTECTIVE MEMBRANE EVERY SINGLE TIME- you can easily buy more, including the gel, online (amazon or wherever)I love this machine, it's simply AMAZING. BUT KNOW/LEARN about the machine and the concept - read about it/watch videos on youtube about it.. whatever you want to use- or else you can really get hurt or it may not give you the results you're looking for. When done right and with care, the results are just incredible.

I write this review with consideration for the extraordinary amounts charged for these treatments by medical aesthetic offices. This actually works like the ones in the medical office. If you own this equipment you may be able to forgo plastic surgery because you can use it repeatedly to treat the problem area(s) without the insane price tag. That is well worth it imo.It is medical grade and needs to be used with great care. Do not turn the temperature settings all the way down or you will get frost bite. You have to use it with the specialty moist pads like they do in the medical office or you will get frost bite. I don't know what this manufacturer recommends, but I've read the coolsculpting equipment is operated at -9 degrees. There is no reason to go to the -15 c maximum on this unit. The machine is also a bit quirky and the instructions are not helpful. It must be filled with water and the connections for the hand pieces must be done correctly or it leaks. Arrived much faster than expected and is in a hard box, no problems there. Overall once you figure it out its well worth it. I've had it about 5 weeks and I am seeing real results. I sincerely hope it holds up. Seller should post an instructional video on YouTube to save the customer the hassle of fumbling around with this.

We purchased this machine with high hopes. Upon carefully setting up the machine we discovered the displays would not work. I am a software/firmware engineer and I have designed and built many machines for notable companies. I followed Lishangmao's instructions to "troubleshoot" the machine-it made zero difference. The company is literally blaming my ignorance on the machine not working. One warning-I have to pay return shipping which is going to cost a lot! I am curious why these companies are allowed to do business. Definitely my bad for not checking the shipping. It won't happen again.Company sent a new mother board. I had to put it in-they promised $100 dollars if I did this-I have not received this. It now works and they have created an on shore return center. Interesting.

I had done Cryotherapy at a clinic, it was expensive and I thought I could be this machine and do the same. I gave myself a severe frostbite and now 2 years later still have scars. If I had kept it on much longer, I would likely have had to get a graft. leave it to the professionals.I just went and had liposuction and better, more defined results.

Machine worked a couple of times, then the smallest applicator stopped working.They insist its a user error instead of a problem with their machine.Ummm how did i manage to work it initially then?It has been days of back and forth with no resolution.Im really angry....just send the damn replacement

Caused extreme damage to treated area (forstbite) where the affected area froze solid. You need a professional to carry out this type of treatment.

This item worked in the beginning and then one day the handle wouldn’t suction and it also gave my client frost bite . I wouldn’t purchase this item!!!!!BE AWARE OF THE MALFUNCTIONS!!!!!!

Machine works great! I love having the 3 size options and being able to use at home. Results are better than expected!
