Better than buying annoying baking paper all the god damn time

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these silicone sheets. For the price I expected them to be much thinner and rather flimsy. Maybe manage two or three batch bakes on them before they needed replacing. However, they are very sturdy feeling and I have already used the smallest sheet (prefect size for a swiss roll tin) several times for biscuit baking. Cleaning is a breeze as no matter what melts on to it it just wipes off and then a quick swill in warm soapy water and it is genuinely as good as new. I have also noted no discolouration to the sheet when using.Unfortunately the two large sheets are too large for a standard baking sheet or swiss roll tin and I think they are more geared towards the flat baking slides that you now purchase. These are too large for my toaster oven so although there are three silicone sheets in the set I can only use the smaller one. Hoever, this is my own fault as I did not note the dimensions before purchasing. I am considering cutting one of the larger sheets down and seeing how that performs.From the image I somehow thought they came in a plastic storage tube. They don't they come with a flexible silicone band that clips round. It works something like a slap bracelet. You just have to ensure you roll your silicone sheets in to a tight enough cylinder to get a good closure. Once you do that they seem to survive very well chucked in to my baking drawer with all my utensils and some of my baking supplies.

Great little purchase - very happy!Three pieces that you can roll up together and store as one. Really like the little green clip tie that is incredibly easy to use to keep them rolled up tightly. Not seen this clip before and this is a good added extra that my previous Matt didn’t have. Makes it so much easier to store as is or get back into its storage cardboard container.BPA free which is good and it’s food grade but I have no way to test these two claims etc. Plus it’s also claimed to be FDA Approved.Not quite big enough to be used as a drip catcher on the bottom of the oven but excellent for its main use and for me that’s replacing having to keep buying baking trays as they get scratches and damaged as even the best scratch resistant do end up getting scratched...The macaroon sizing and placement guide is a great touch as is the sizing guides for 5-9 inch diameter circles.Limited baking testing thus far because of flour access restrictions given corona virus but all good performance wise for non stick etc.

I use these frequently instead of baking parchment, also for rolling fondant icing.Love the storage device.

These mats are great, I’ve used them for cooking a range of different things from, croissants and Eclairs to chicken wings and wedges. I’ve also used them for sugar paste and rolling out icing to cover cakes. Nothing has stuck to them whatsoever!! My only thing with them is washing them not because it’s hard but because it’s a bit of a faff. I’d rather clean these than have foods stuck to a baking tray though. Great value for money and the clip that holds them together is fab!

These stop stuff sticking to pans, food stays whole and pan is easy to clean. No bad smells or taste from the product, and so far after 5-6 uses they look brand new still - time will tell, but I would buy again when they start to get tatty, as they make "Southern fried chicken",home made potato roasts and wedges/chips easy to do as they don't stick to the pan and you can lift out the sheet to tip into bowls or plates really easily. Excellent quality and look pretty cool. I recommend them.

It’s amazing, so easy to use.. Food doesn’t stick to it.. even fish.. so many times I left fish skin on the foil paper.. since I bought it I use it pretty much every day and it’s easy to clean it. I even pop it to dishwasher to clean and it’s fine. One of the best purchased for cooking or baking! I know what I’ll be buying to everybody for next Christmas! It’s so useful to have in the kitchen!
