This is a great wireless charger. It has everything I was looking for: fast charging, adjustable height, adjustable angle, horizontal or vertical charging ability, and didn't take up a lot of desk space like the Samsung charger does. I only have two very minor complaints about it, which is that I wish there was a little more weight in the base, and a longer USB cable would have been nice. I bought a longer Micro-USB cable to reach the AC plug more easily, but they're not expensive so no biggie (* see note below if you get a different cable).Here's the best part: I went crazy adding apps when I first got the phone, and I'm embarrassed to admit how many are on it. One of them kept popping up a small window saying the phone was being overcharged. I've seen this before on rare occasion so I didn't think much about it. But I didn't know which app was doing it. Now, I'm pretty technical -- I've always built my own computers, love to get into the specs on electronics, and anything I can't figure out I'll read about and figure it out one way or another. Smartphones aren't really my bailiwick though, so I couldn't figure out why I was getting overcharge messages with this charger.So I wrote to the manufacturer and told them what was going on, and they bent over backwards trying to help me. Once I finally figured out which app was giving me the overcharge message, they actually located my same phone model, then downloaded the same app, tested this particular combination of software/hardware, ran a technical analysis of the charging activity, and then sent me the report of the charging analysis.I can't remember the last time I've ever dealt with people who were this helpful and really tried to figure out a particular problem. They always wrote back quickly, their answers were very detailed and helpful, they even included screenshots of the analyses they'd run for me, AND the best part: they were even in perfect English too (which was nice for a change). So all in all, I'm really happy with this purchase!*: If you do choose to get a longer/different micro-USB cable, be sure to NOT get a right-angle magnetic one as the back of the charger is thicker on both sides where the micro-USB cable plugs into it, so it won't be able to make the magnetic connection and thus won't charge. Best to just get one with a regular, straight-in micro-USB connector. If you do get a magnetic one though, a straight connector will probably work, just so long as the magnetic part of the cable isn't too wide as that could block the connection on the back of the charger pad.

I had previously purchased a similar item from a different company, but it didn't have the adjustable tilt so it was awkward to get my face visible for face ID. This one tilts and also lowers and raises so Face ID not a problem. The tilt also makes it very convenient for facetime. It charges well, is very sturdy and well made, and holds the phone easily and securely in place and off your desk.

I do have to say the unit is sturdy and holds a Galaxy Note 10 with ease. The base is heavy enough that it will not fall over. The unit was easy to assembly and comes with a tool to tighten the screw in the base and stand. I was happy to find that the stand would tilt and hold it's position and the height adjustment works great. I wish the charging cable was more concealable but not a deal breaker. I did note that the charging port was malformed more then likely during manufacture. The phone will charge in both the upright and sideways position which is nice along with being in an otter box protective case. I did note that the claim of fast charging was not true so I subtracted a star for that. I did exchange the factory provided cable with one I know is fast charge compatible and it did not make a difference. I was also a little disappointed that a charging block was not included. It was noted in the description that an (AC adapter not included) so know that going in also not a deal breaker. I am happy with it even with the short fall of no fast charging. I use a Bluetooth headset and can make calls while the phone is on the charger and I have easy access to the phone to dial numbers or see text messages. In the age of Zoom meetings it's an even better tool to use and allows me to set the phone and forget about it and not having to worry about holding on to it during the meetings.

One can never have enough phone stands on their desk or nightstand. I have always had issues before with 2 in 1 stand chargers that either lay flat or lay flush to the desk preventing access to the charging port with a cable if needed sk when I saw this one I thought even if the wireless charging doesn't work through my phones cases that I could still run a cable to the port like I do with my other stand(See Photo of alternate grey stand without wireless charging). To my surprise this stand has enough charging power to charge both my Samsung S9+ or my Samsung S20 Ultra with their cases one with only minimal difference in charge time to being plugged in directly. Given the price I thought for sure that it would be fairly light weight plastic but again I was surprised to find the base built of a heavy plastic that makes it sturdy enough not to fall over if bumped even when I use it as just a stand for my tablet(Tablet does not not have wireless charge feature) & the rubber grip on the trough & back rest keep the device from slipping around even when using the device touch screen. The only thing I was surprised to see was that the power cable(USB-micro not USB-C) attaches to the backrests & not to the base of the stand which makes the cord harder to hide in my setup. Finally I would like to point out the stand height which is the other reason I included the picture with my other stand(the Grey one), at fully extended the stand sits lower than my other stand fully retracted this is actually a really good thing since it sits directly infront of my monitor without blocking any of my screen & having the ability to lower it even further should I need to is great should I choose to use it for my Touch Portal(Stream Deck) Tablet while streaming. Definitely a great addition to my set up.

This works as advertised. Was simple to assemble, and I've had no problems with it. I'm pleased with the purchase, and may well order a second one so that I can have it at my office.I recommend this without hesitation.
