A lot of the full inexpensive suits are "one size" and sized for Chinese people rather than taller people. So they basically don't fit if you're 6 feet or taller. This does fit and worked well combined with some insulated winter ski pants that are too bulky to get stung through. I also used a thick sweater and brimmed hat under this along with thick rubber gloves. So dressed you're pretty much sting proof. While this probably isn't a good solution for frequent use it worked well for killing and later removing a nest of very aggressive hornets.

I like the length. This is much less expensive than most beekeepers jackets. There are two spots on the hood that the seams were open and need to be sewn. The netting is easy to see through which is nice but the rim of the hood is not wide enough to keep the netting off of your face so it is still possible to get stung. Because the netting doesn’t touch your skin near the rim of the hat It should protect your eyes which is most important. You get what you pay for.

Thankfully I purchased this for a Halloween costume, and not for actual beekeeping. Both side seams & where the sides/arms connected were ripped open - it actually looked as if they hadn’t actually been sewn. I didn’t have time to sew them myself as I only noticed the night before we needed the costume, so I got glued them back together. The fabric is very thin. Other than the seams, it was good for a costume. I don’t recommend for ACTUAL bee keeping. Do yourself a favor, and spend some money instead.

I have purchased this item to keep the mosquitoes in the Nats off of me while I worked in my garden for this purpose it worked great I don’t know anything about beekeeping so I don’t know if it will be that good for that purpose I like the way the air flow through the way they have a design with the larger holes in the back and the tighter net missing in the front allow for a good air circulation plus they dropped it down midway by your Shoulders which was great however the sizes are not real big so I Recommend ordering one larger than what you think you need because the cut is small

I expected this jacket to swallow my petite granddaughters but it was a good fit for the 10 year old. Only the younger girl was in a supersize jacket. Lighter than my suit but they weren’t stung so it did the job. Wire it with jeans and gloves purchased separately. Gave the 7 year old a chance to see a queen. Glad I got it.

Had to re-sew all a bunch of the seams I’ve used it for like a week and not a lot of use, thought maybe because I’m a bigger guy it was my fault, but the front pocket that I’ve never used is falling off. If they are all like this it’s a bad product, I will continue to use mine since I did sew it back together but people shouldn’t have to do that. Thumbs down but I was hopeful

This is a good beekeepers smock and veil. No issue with it but a pullover is just more difficult to put on than a zipper up jacket. With the addition of the veil it can be abit of a hassle to get on.

This was a good jacket for the price! I bought it for a Halloween costume, but it seems like it would keep bees out. My only complaint is the limited size options. My husband is 6'3" so a larger size would have been great.

Will test it tomorrow with a wasps nest. Not happy with the netting as it clings to the face and worried that it will not protect as it should
