Upon recently becoming suddenly immobilized due to tendonitis I've been on mission of foot care and health.Although athletic, issues we've ignored become apparent eventually.Supination of heel a common one, especially in men.Wearing outer heel of shoe soles?Address it. Now.Become frustrated having an otherwise healthy foot, purchasing insoles which tighten the vamp or toebox areas, and few address supination of heel. These are quality gel pads with adhesive backing. Simple, comfortable, very effective. The upgraded version listed above recommended.

Comfortable Corrrection
This is a great product with an adhesive back that keeps it in place. These are a great help with my knee and hip pain due to supination.

Best shoe insert I have found.
I was suffering with foot pain so bad I struggled to walk after my work shift. I purchased the inserts for supinator roll of my feet. The first day there was a noticeable reduction of pain and improvement for the next few days. Pain dropped from a 10 to 6 in the first week.

Not enough slope
There's barely a slope so I have to use two per foot.

Nice
I do like these they work well, but the adhesion needs some work. They keep falling out.

Insole
The adhesive doesn't hold the insole in place. I will try some Super Glue.

It's worth getting used to them.
They were hurting my heels, so I was going to return them. When I stopped using them, the leg and knee pain came back with a vengeance. I'll put up with the heel pain, the much lesser of the two evils.
