when it arrived i tried to put it on the m1 helmet but it didnt fit,i would only recommend for an m1 C and its not good quality either,it ripped easily on a twig it hardly fit on any other helmets.I tried putting it on a ww2 helmet and it didnt fit,i also tried putting it on a vietnam m1 helmet and it didnt fit either.I wouldnt recommend it to those who are looking for a m1 helmet cover
