Concrete steps to help in difficult situations!
After reading an article with ten quick tips to help in conflict or high emotional situations, I decided to purchase this book. It really has some great ideas and explanations. Concrete and useful ways to handle conflict, not just..."compromise" or "share" or "have empathy", but things to say and do to help you change your way of thinking and dealing with things. Great book!

Excellent! Must Read!!
This and How to Win Friends and Influence People are two books EVERYONE should read. This book has excellent tips on how to deal with kids and adults in sticky situations. Our principal bought a bunch of these to pass around.

Very helpful for conflict resolution.
This book is very helpful...especially for understanding teachers, school administration, and how to work peacefully with them. I found it very helpful to see problems from a different point of view. This book is about peaceful conflict resolution and the principles and advice can be applied to any relationship.
