Guide Map to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks

Overkill. For serious hikers only.Unless you are planning on taking the longer, less travelled hikes in either park, the free maps from the visitor centers are more than adequate.The topo info provided is an improvement over the Park Service free maps. This map is a must have if you are doing the Under the Rim in Bryce or any of the hikes outside of the main canyon in Zion.We found this map to be a good value (similar maps run $15 per park) and it certainly helped in planning our days out, but there are other available sources. Then again... it is an inexpensive way to have both parks well mapped out on one document. Your call.

Good listing of hikes. I wish it came with a pull-out map, but otherwise, it's a good guide to planning your hiking vacation to these 2 parks.
