The product which arrived was not the product advertised in the photograph from the seller. Although the ramp arrived in prompt time and was good and sturdy it was totally inappropriate for what I needed. Customer service with this company are absolutely second to none. They helped sort out the problem immediately and were able to refund any costs where appropriate. Although I didn’t get what I set out to buy I would recommend using this company as they are very professional and extremely helpful
