While this is not a product I would be caught dead on, well maybe dead next to if I tried, it is EXACTLY what my 11 year old son wanted. Somehow it seems so easy for him to jet around the house on it. We've had no issues at all with the product, the quality seems wonderful. It is very sturdy, and has held up to a few harsh bumps and short drops (oops). It comes with a great carrying case that also seems to be of a high quality that will allow you to carry the hover board with out issue. We honestly have not used the Bluetooth feature, but the LED lights in the wheels work great. The gold is VERY gold and very shiny, again the finish is high quality. I am very happy with this purchase!

We knew this was a "cheaper" hoverboard and I was nervous that it would work for a week and then quit but my daughter insisted she wanted to buy it with her money. We have had it for over a month and she is still really enjoying it. We had some issues with the right side not being in alignment but the company responded to our issue quickly and showed us how to recalibrate it. So far, we're happy! I'll update if it dies within a year.

My 11 year old bought this with his birthday money and says it's the best thing he's ever spent his money on. He was able to figure out how to use it pretty quickly and the calibration was very easy. It took a good 4 hours to charge and has approximately 30 minutes of life after charging. Honestly though - that was plenty of use time. My 6 year old has also used it a handful of times. At this point we have only used it indoors on wood floor and carpet. I would imagine using it on the sidewalk will depend on how smooth your sidewalk surface is. A school blacktop would work very well though. The lights on it are also super fun! Great toy!

The hoverboard shut down without warning while my daughter was riding it resulting in the wheels locking and her falling head first onto the pavement. Luckily, she had a helmet on but still suffered cuts and bruises everywhere. The unit had always given warnings when battery was low but this time the battery was fully charged yet failed without warning. The unit no longer powers on or responds to charging as it seems battery is defective. The unit is only 2/3 months old. The Uni-Sun Company refused to address issue and didn't even express concern that their product malfunctioned while in motion resulting significant injuries. Avoid this company and product!!

It was very nice and easy for kids to ride and easy learning to ride for even kids.

Bought this for my daughter's birthday when she turned 7. She's had it for a month now and still rides it multiple times throughout the day, she really loves it! Before purchasing I was a little worried about the sturdiness and battery life but now that we have it I've been very happy with both. This was on the lower end of the price range and I really see no reason to spend more. This one works great.

We all LOVE this hoverboard! My 3 kids ages 5, 6, 10 and my husband and I all use it. It's so sturdy and we've had no issues with it in the 6 weeks that we've had it. My son left it out in the pouring rain 4 weeks ago and I was NOT happy! We bought 40 lbs of rice and took the cover off the hoverboard to expose the motherboards. We stuck it in a trash bag of the rice for 2 days and then took it out and charged it and it came right back to life. My son also lost his hoverboard privileges for a week...
