LIKE: easy setup, small size, fast - good CPU, good graphics;DISLIKE: (1) Upon waking from sleep, it doesn’t connect to the Internet as fast as I would like. I'll click on a bookmark on my browser and it won't load right away. I have to retry once the internet reconnects. (2) It only has one HDMI port, which I use for my monitor, so I can't use 2 monitors or attach my TV (since I don't have a smart TV). Therefore, my kids can't stream Disney+ show while I'm using the computer. This thing is blazingly fast.I am a software developer, the software I work on usually takes 3-4 minutes to compile. Doesn't sound bad, but when you are staring at a screen waiting, it seems like forever. especially if you make a mistake and it fails minutes into it.After setting this all up, my compile time went to under 20 seconds. it was so fast, at first I didn't think it actually compiled.The built-in graphics does easily run my 4K monitor at 60hz, using the display port. Like I said, I am a programmer not a gamer, so I cant speak for how it works for gaming.Computer came fully setup with no bloatware (except the mcafee free trial that all computers come with), I just uninstalled it and installed AVG.I also like the fact that it is a small case, not a monster tower.8-core CPU, 32gb ram, 1tb SSD, for about $1000, you cant beat that anywhere.

Don't let the headline of this review fool you, it's a good thing! This tower is incredible! After transferring from an 8GB RAM laptop to this monster, I feel like I can do anything!I'm able to browse, game, shop, whatever I want...at the same time...something I could never do on my laptop. The graphics are crisper, brighter, flow more fluidly and has a ton of extra features!My only complaint is the size of the tower case, it's bulky and takes more room than expected on my desk (I was hoping for a slimmer casing). But, that, so far, is my only complaint.

I purchased this computer less then 2 months ago, i booted it up one morning and get a no operating system error. i contact Amazon Support, and was redirected to Lenovo. They said they would send me a "key card" to restore the system. after waiting 4 days for it to come i finally just downloaded the "key Card" from their website. still no fix, now they are sending out a new hard drive to e technician and have them come install it. so now it will be another 3 days. i run my home business with this computer and now i'm at a stand still unable to work for a week. I find this to be completely unacceptable.

This is my home desktop computer which I hope will last me for many years. It is fast and I can upgrade the hard drive to 2TB if ever needed. My computer expert got it set up for me and it is working seamlessly. He was able to transfer my data from my old unit and it is like my old unit just speeded up and runs soundlessly.

I'm a techy and a teacher so I have high expectations for my computer to teach online. This computer is PERFECT!!! No issues no matter what I throw at it. Highly recommend.

This computer froze about the 4th time time I was using it. Basically it didn't respond to anything so I have to turn it off. When it was turned on again, a message in the screen saying no operative system was found was on it.I contacted support and followed the instructions they gave me, but the same problem persisted so I ask for a replacement since this is a new computer and don't want troubles from new.I was going to try the replacement but then I read a similar review. Now I don't know if its a common thing but don't want to risk having the same issue.I will ask for a refund.

I have purchased three of these identical computers. The first works perfectly. The second had a problem with the fan running continuously. Within a week of purchasing this one, I tried to exchange it but got a message that it couldn't be exchanged, but could be returned. No problem, I thought. I'll return it and purchase another. When I went to do so the item was now $50 more. I still bought it. The third PC now has a fan that will run continuously, but so far, the problem is solved by unplugging the computer and plugging it back in. This is a pain, especially since this newest computer is being used in a recording studio and time is of importance. And, oh by the way, customer service is non-existent.
