Emie Memo 10,000mAh Compact External Charger - Mountains

I found out after buying this portable charging bank is that majority of these reviews were provided a free or discounted product. I bought mine full, so here is what I think of the device.I love the look and feel of this battery pack. It's a matte material which is a nice change from the usual metal finish battery packs. It feels nice in your hands. It's sturdy and has a nice weight to it. The designs offered for the battery pack is really nice as well.These are the results I found after testing the device for a couple days. My Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a battery capacity of 3020 mAh. After fully charging my Emie Power Bank, I was only able to get 2.5 full charges for my phone. This would roughly translate to ~7550 mAH. This leaves me wondering where the remaining ~2450 mAH went. When testing the power bank, the phone was completely drained till it died. The phone was not used during charging and off to make sure no addition mAh were being used.Next, I tested it on my sister's iPhone 6. Using the same methods above, the iPhone 6 was able to receive 4.2 charges. iPhone 6 battery ~ 1810 mAh. Meaning the power bank charged roughly ~ 7602 mAh. After these two results, I really question the power bank's capacity and claims of 10,000 mAh.The Powerbank was charged with a OEM Samsung Wall Charger and USB cord. It took ~24 hours to get a full charge after being completely drained. This is considerably longer than most 10,000 mAh power banks that I have used. It is a shame that such a beautiful battery pack doesn't work as well as I wish it would.UPDATE: After a week, I was able to test the battery pack 2 more times. After the 1st full charge from 0% that took ~25 hours, it took ~36 hours to fully charged the battery pack. I can't find myself using a battery pack that takes one and a half day to fully charge. As for charging my devices, again it only managed 2.5 charges of my Samsung Note 5 = ~7600 mAH correlating with the same results from above.

I travel a lot and because of this I go through the batteries on my phone very quickly or so it seems. With this being said I am always looking for a battery pack I can easily take with me and that will provide me with a great charge at a great price. This device fit all of these factors for me!Not only does this charger give you a great charge, but it looks great too. So often the charger that you get are very plain, but this one was very modern looking and looked great! It also was light weight and small for the amount of power that it provided.You also get a micro USB charger that will let you charge this easily!In using this with my Samsung Galaxy S6 I have charge it up 2X and still have some charge left which is amazing!I have been really impressed with the style and how well it charges and you will be too!*I received this for review - all opinions are my own*

Really great product that gives you a good amount of extra battery life. If you are in doubt as to how much charge it has left, just shake it and you'll see the lights on the side giving you an idea of how much more you can do. Good idea, very compact package that really does the job. Easy to store in your laptop case or even carry in your back pocket as needed. A little bulky if you are having to keep your phone connected to it, but if you are just laying it down to charge while you work, it's fine.
