Delivery was on time and installation was dead easy with the easy adjustments on this product. I needed something which would work in a cistern which had come from abroad many years ago and this fitted the bill ideally.

I had a leaky valve and also noticed the old ball was rubbing against the side of the cistern. This fully adjustable and extendable genius design was easy to fit and now the ball is clear to move. I like well thought our designs and totally fit for purpose products and this ticked all the boxes.
