Rice coook’s taste wonder full!

I would like to refund or new package! I love the item but delivery was damaged!

I used this Duru Baldo Rice in two different ways: as a side dish and in rice pudding. I used my instant pot in both cases. As a side dish, we followed the directions on the bag. We rinsed the rice before sautéing it in olive oil. Then we used our instant pot to cook it. Making it that way added too much crunch for me. I'm hoping it will be softer if I try it again without the sautéing at first. My husband seemed to like it that way. So it comes down to personal preference. I used a recipe that normally calls for arborio rice and that I normally use Calrose rice for for the rice pudding.I was excited because it looked good, but when I tried it, I found the rice to have a watery taste and a texture that I didn't like. It's difficult to describe, but perhaps grainy comes close. The rice isn't smooth. I'm wondering if it was overcooked, which shouldn't be an issue normally with rice pudding. To get this rice just right, I'll probably have to experiment with cooking methods and time. I couldn't find much guidance online.

very tasty, bought it because of the recommendation of my aunt living in Australia. not the regular rice taste you are used to

not what I thought it was going to be. I had some turkish rice in Europe and it was very different than this. This tastes like regular white rice. Disappointed. Would not buy it again. it was expensive.
