Cat gives this 5 stars but as the human who has to carry the cat I give it 4 stars because it could really do with a shoulder strap and a thicker cushion. Pictures are true to colour, they really pop and had a lot of people ask where I got the carrier. I got a medium because the cat likes to stretch out, would suggest you measure your pet and make sure they can lay flat for their optimal comfort! Multiple zips top and two sides, which is ideal depending on how difficult the pet is and it has handy velcro straps to keep the sides up should they wish to just chill in it. Best thing is the detachable side pouch, it's big enough to keep her records in it, treats etc. It comes flat packed but is really easy with simple instructions to put together. It appears very stable and robust and a must purchase for your pet!

We measured the old carry box and this was suppose to be larger so pur cat can grow. It's absolutely massive and is way to large even though we measured the old carrier box. I just can't be bothered to return it.

The item arrived in good time. The item was more than I expected for the price . There is more than enough room for our springer spaniel. The item is very well constructed.

Great item for transporting my dog in car .Easy to assemble and fold away when not needed. A very sturdy item would recommend it for a small to medium dog

When I originally bought this the wrong colour was sent and the seller would not send a replacement, but said I had to re order. Also he would not refund until he had the crate back in hand even though he could see the courier had collected. He then forgot my refund and I had to contact them twice before I received it. So customer service is not great!I bought this for my 10 week old French bulldog puppy. I waited before doing a review because I wanted to see how it would stand up to being used by a puppy. The zips were broken within six weeks, not by the puppy, just poor quality and when zipped shut the fabric was so taut it was pulling the zips apart at the very top, so I sewed those bits up so that the zips were secure and my little gremlin couldn’t escape. She then figured out how to hook her claw by the zipper to open it, so we bought mini padlocks to link the zippers together so she couldn’t open her crate at night or if we had popped out. Finally, the material is not as robust as it looks. She scratches by the zipper a couple of times when she very first goes in, before she lays down and goes to sleep, this wore through the fabric within a matter of 2 weeks and has resulted in a rip.This could be an amazing crate with some of the zips which you find on waterproof coats, this would stop little claws being hooked in and pulling them open. The fabric needs to be stronger or reinforced in some way. I am giving it 2 stars because although puppies are destructive this crate should have held up better. My daughter bought exactly the same crate for her French bulldog puppy at the same time as I did and has had exactly the same issues.

These are great crates that can be used at home or in the car etc . Well made & study. Easy to pop up / down
