Modern LED Ceiling Light Dimmable Ceiling Lighting with Remote Round Ceiling Light Fixture Ceiling Lamp Flower Shape (58CM)

I ABSOLUTELY love this light! I had an electrician install it since there wasn't an existing electrical line in the ceiling. He had no problem installing it. It's gorgeous and has lots of options from. Warm to cool and low to bright. I wish the low was just a bit dimmer, but works great. I wish the night light option/button would turn it on at that level, but the light has to be turned on at the last level used and then the night light/ dim and warm selected. It's unique and I love it!

1) The wiring connector supplied with the fixture does not provide a solid wire connection. I discarded the connector and used wire nuts.2) Other similar light fixtures I purchased recently were equipped with a hook that is used to hang the fixture. This frees up both hands for wiring. This fixture did not have this feature.

Very cool design, love it!I did not know about the differences in LED light colors when I ordered multiple lights for my home. When they were first installed, one was brighter, and the other was more yellowish. I was concerned that I need to return one of them and pick another. Then I figured out that I can actually change the color and brightness! Wonderful!

Design is elegant and looks very cool on our ceiling. The 58cm model easily lights up our 150 sq ft room. The construction is solid and feels like it will hold up for a long time. HOWEVER, there are some details to be aware of.What really knocked my experience down was that this light was not designed to work with a wall switch. I wired it to a standard SPST wall switch so I could turn the light on/off conveniently from the wall. First of all, there's a 1 second power-on delay between when the switch is flipped and when the light comes on--rather annoying, and I suspect the result of bad circuit/transformer/driver design.But more frustrating is the LEDs always come on at the cold end of the spectrum (6000K). You can use the remote to adjust them to the warmer end (3500K) or dim them up (which is really a nice feature!). BUUUUT, that all goes away as soon as you turn the wall switch off--no memory. I contacted the manufacturer and they responded quickly and kindly that unfortunately there is no memory when the power is turned off to the unit, as in a wall switch. In other words, I'm expected to turn the light on and off with the remote every time. Okaaaay. I'm left wondering who is going to walk into a room, fumble in the dark to pick up the remote, push the right button, set down the remote, do their thing, then repeat the process when they leave.By the way, the remote is some generic model where half the buttons don't do anything (like change RGB colors or set timers or something). The buttons that do line up with the features of this light work as expected, but there are some buttons that act kind of like presets--I don't really get the point of them.Installation: All you need to install is electrical wires through a hole in the ceiling, no need for a fixture junction box. The unit comes with anchors to screw the housing directly to the ceiling. It was pretty easy to install. The manual only lists ratings for EU power ratings, but you can check the actual ratings listed on the transformer--it is compatible with US power standards (120 V, 60 Hz). There is no place to connect the grounding copper wire to the unit. I'm pretty sure that violates safety code somewhere. So I found way to ground the unit to one of the mounting bolts and it works fine. Also the pictures in the instructions don't exactly match the unit.Beautiful Design! But did your engineers think about how this would be used?

Major problem is it requires a remote because the light continues to reset to the blue light hue, rather than the soft hue we keep setting it on. It's very frustrating and random. Avoid if you like light color more natural looking (2,700).

Nothing to write home about. The quality is worth closer to $40. Don't recommend.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! THIS LIGHT IS SMALL AND DIM!!!! A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. I AM RETURNING THIS ASAP!!!!!!
