The best, yes there could be some issues, but the company will be there for support
We absolutely love this monitor, especially having two cameras and a split screen. We can watch the baby in her play area while in the kitchen or bathroom and not have to worry about her. It is a major upgrade from our old one in terms of quality of picture and range. Our old one cut out a lot, even trying to be in the living room. We were tied down to whatever positions we knew it could work in and the sound was constantly on. Not an issue with this monitor!! It's nice to sleep in peace and quiet and it always turns on right when she makes noise. I've read a lot of the reviews about issues and have experienced some but the customer service we have received has been stellar! There's issues with charging it, if you don't put the charger in until you hear that snap it won't charge (our first issue). Then we had trouble where it wouldn't actually be charging, you'd unplug it and it would almost be dead. Eventually I played with it some, opened up the back and just moved around the battery a little and that issue went away (second issue). The final issue was the power button started sticking. I was just going to buy a replacement but after contacting the company they sent me a new one for free (at the exact time the power button stopped all together luckily) they were super helpful and said to let them know of any troubles with the new one. That's an awesome business model in my opinion. Luckily we had our crappy old one to use briefly (we received the new one in a matter of days). And it made me miss and truly appreciate this monitor. Bottom line nothing is perfect but this monitor rocks and the company will be there to help if you have issues. Don't let bad reviews steer you away. From one first time mom to another, this monitor is priceless.

Good monitor, but based on reviews, expect something to not work
If you purchase this monitor, you have to expect something to NOT work on it. This is based on the many reviews from other people, as well as it happening to me. For me, the charging cord did not work out of the box. However, please keep in mind that all of the reviews talk about the great customer service by Moonybaby and how they will work with you to troubleshoot and/or replace any parts that quit working. I went through their trouble shooting list, determined what was not working, and MoonyBaby sent me a replacement right away. This was why I chose to purchase this baby monitor. It seemed to be the best for the cost. It had all of the features I wanted. And it seems that once the initial replacement is made on whatever doesn't work, there does not seem to be any other issues. I have received a new charging cord. It works just fine. The battery life on the monitor is amazing! And I love all of the features it has. So, if you are willing to go through the slight inconvenience of something on it not working, but knowing it will get replaced by the company, I would definitely purchase this monitor. Of course I hope nothing else on it quits working. If it does, I will update this review.

Not a great life span
Loved it at first and as we used it the worse it got. I have had it about 8 months and started having issues about 3 months ago. Now I can’t turn it off with out it taking a minimum of 10 minutes to turn it on, so we have to leave it on at all times and plugged in at all times so we don’t have to listen to it beep from low battery. Very disappointing after reading some good reviews.Update a year after ordering this monitor the battery is swollen so much the back won’t stay on. The screen has to stay plugged in at all times and even then it won’t stay in or it beeps at me for low battery. Sometime I’m lucky and can have it unplugged for about 10 minutes before the monitor screen dies.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ok so.... I have a three year old and and infant. Totally different nap schedules. After looking and looking I landed here and decided this was the most bang for the buck. Two camera. Split screen. No Wi-Fi so it’s safe. Sold. Power button is a little finicky to turn on but everything else is perfect. If I have a bad signal I flip the antenna and problem solved. Very clear picture and I can always hear my toddler boycotting bedtime.5 months in:::: the power button broke when it fell of the night stand. Still charges but I can’t turn it on. I emailed the company because when purchased comes with 12 month warranty. So quick to get back to me, we tried to reset device and after one failed Attempt the company overnighted a new one. Paired so easily and perfect. No issues what’s so ever. Even provided tracking information. Will definitely recommend and don’t even think twice about the purchase

Amazing customer service
It has been about 11 months in to owning this monitor and I love being able to see my two kids at once. However, we had a problem with the battery not holding a charge. We had to leave it plugged in for it to work. I sent an email to the company and they responded within minutes. We tried a few things that they mentioned to remedy the situation but it seems it was the battery. They sent me out a brand new monitor and it arrived 2 days after the initial email. The customer service is amazing.

After 7 months battery went downhill fast (support quickly addressed the issue)
Had this monitor for around 7 months and in the beginning the battery life was great, would easily last all night. However, over the last week it has quickly gone downhill. It has gotten to the point that the battery low warning light came on within around an hour of it being unplugged. Overall though, the monitor itself works well. Picture is pretty clear. Sound quality can be a little iffy (although that could have something to do with the fact our kids sleep with white noise machines)Update: I contacted support and they promptly got a replacement battery shipped to me.Update 2: A few months after installing the replacement battery it started acting up again. Once again contacted support and they were incredibly fast to get back to me and correct the issue. Upping my rating due to their promptness and willingness to get any issue resolved.
