Spend the money, it’s worth the buy. 🤘🏼💁🏻♀️
The skeins were not one continuous piece of yarn; it was tied together after several yards. No complaining here it just would have been nice to know before hand. For this project it turned out to be okay. No issues; the yarn is well made very soft and easy to work with. Each skein made exactly 16 Granny squares roughly 10”/11” big each one took about 30 minutes.. (1 skein would definitely make a nice size baby blanket with the included pattern or even if you mixed it up a bit like I did.) I ended up purchasing 3 of these beautiful blue skeins and one “iron” grayish black color skein to create this 48 square crocheted throw quilt. It took roughly a relaxed 30 hours over an off and on again two week span to complete at the beginner level. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future. Wish it came in more colors! 🧶🖤

Not very thick
So I bought this to make a chunky blanket for Xmas, and it is great material but not very bulky. It is the width of my pinky finger and thickness is fine, nice and soft. Gets twisted up a little easily when finger knitting but not terrible. I would have liked double the thickness but it makes up for it in softness. Color is not quite grey but a cross between dark grey and navy blue.

captivating!!
I love this yarn. Making blanket for my first great grandchild. It's turning out just beautiful and so saft. I will be ordering more. I do wish that you could add more colors to your selection. More baby colors - soft blue, aqua, soft yellow, beautiful soft greens, etc. Thanks,Bonnie

Love the feel!
I love the feel of this yarn. I love that the shipping is not long. There were a couple of tie-ons/knots, but I've come to realize when buying big cakes of yarn thats to be expected. This yarn is easy to work with after you get used to the thickness(mainly because I don't normally work with chunky yarn). I would definitely buy this or yarn similar to this again.

Nice, but only buy it on sale
I documented three different knots in this yarn, two of them pretty close together. All told, I had to end the small blanket I was making for my son in the middle of a row, and I'm pretty sure that if I hadn't needed to cut out the knots and leave some ends to weave in properly this would not have happened.Crocheters take note, the 42x42 blanket shrinks to I believe 36x36 with this craft. And that's with an SC corner-to-corner format. Anything else can and will change it. The good news here is Crochetverse has a free Origami Bunny Blanket pattern that makes excellent use of this yarn. This yarn is so incredibly soft. It's also remarkably easy to work with for a #6/super bulky weight yarn. I do have arthritis and quite a bit of hand pain at times, but this caused me no problems. The result is wonderfully squishy and comfortable, and my toddlers love it as a floor mat. It's not worth full price, but if you can get it on sale as I did, it's worth it to make a little project. I think it would make a good insert for a pet bed.

Best Chenille yarn ever!
I wanted to make nice big blanket with this - so I did buy 4 cakes and blanket size is appx 64x82. I crocheted with an N hook using a single crochet into the back loop pattern. The yarn is super soft and very thick and WARM which is exactly what I was looking for.

Nasty in the middle
I’ve used this yarn before and not had any issues It’s super soft and easy to use but I’ve had to cut Avery three or four feet because of a nasty brown substance on the yarn in the middle of the skein. It’s just a heads up.

Great yarn for beginners
Easy to use and glides easily or a crochet hook. Enough yarn to make a baby blanket. I recommend buying more then one skein if you wanna expand your blanket later. Washes well.
